Can you make a vid on how to drift on sim
What fluids you use and maybe do a video on how to weld a diff, cut and weld control arms for angle.
can you cover braking drift?
What about fan drift reaction?
reverse entry?
i love the matching outfit with the car, goals
I’ve been drifting for about a year now and I still watch all these videos. Yeah usually I already know most of the things he says already but it’s always good to get a reminder. For all of you out there learning to drift do not underestimate the power of watching CZcams videos seriously guys I learned how to drift from CZcams
100%! Thats a huge reason why we wanna make these videos and get more people in the community!
Yes sir, we are all CZcams certified
i feel like most people first watch tokyo drift and then go to the nearest school/church parking lot and destroy ur dads car then when they get there own car they go to yt
I've watched probably over 100 how to drift videos and all they do is confuse me more and I always end up over thinking what I'm doing. I have not found anything usufull in any video I've watched. The best thing to do is just drive and figure it out for yourself. I hate these videos. Every car is different. Every track is different.

Remember guys these same tips and techniques apply to virtual drifting, with sim or controller!
Which is fucking cool
@@theonlywalltostareat5808 ok no swearing

I swear to god I get pissed when I see how underrated you are
Man he is the best
I thought this he for sure had over a million subscribers, totally underrated
This will come in handy when i save up for my r32 thanks
Ommgggg do ittt! R32 gang!!
Holy crap. The sheer amount of sticker on the windshield how can you even see through that
Think of it like when u fill a window fr legends, and then use first person camera 😆😆😆
If you have to look out the front window when drifting then you haven't got enough angle
@@djb313 its not like youre always going sideways you still have to look through the windshield
Loving the channel so far, I'm a complete incompetent when it comes to racing and still got a lot to learn (just began with a G29 a few days ago, to test if I like the sim racing world without expending too much). These kind of videos covering the basics are very useful for people like me, so you've got my thanks, dood. :)
Thanks for your input and vids. Just started drifting in Assetto Corsa and in 30 hours it looks real good. By no means am I a pro but with your advice and a couple others I have progressed dramatically. Wouldn’t have be able to do it as fast as I have done it. I know without y’all’s help I’d be more frustrated a lot sooner and not as patient to figure out the basics first. Thanks again and keep the vids coming!!!
Thats honestly beyond great to hear man, thats always been our goal with the channel. Keep at it fam!!!!
I’m watching this and using your pointers when I go to the track. Very helpful. Thanks.
going to my first event tomorrow with my mustang. Ive watched all your videos and feel well prepared lol. so excited for a new sport, coming off of drag racing for 15 years so hopefully i can carry over some skills!
Just learning to drift. Building grassroots cars with some buddies as super secret garage. Thanks for making these vids. Definitely helps me notice my mistakes and how I can correct them.
Thank you for this information! I’ve been having a hell of a time finding good base-line alignment angles to keep the car smooth and controllable. Keep up the amazing drifting videos.
Good to know they’re working for you man!
Im just starting out and these videos are really helpful!! At my last event I was having a lot of trouble with straightening out, need more seat time for sure
You got this! Glad we can help man! Probably might have to much grip in the rear but tough to say without looking at it!
helpful video man, thanks
Nice Haugen this vid is well made,
4:11this part u didnt really need to make but you did, this just shows how dedicated u are :D
Love your videos ❤️

Taken this and used in sim games 😂👍 love it and love the vids bru
Love your vids they help a lot!
Glad you like them! Happy to help!
stock angle in an 03 ford F-150 feels pretty good on packed snow roads, I wish I still had that truck every time I watch your IRL videos, since I'm driving a 2010 cobalt now and drifting on sim lmao
Thank you for these man when I get a car I will be referring to all of these alot
Helping a lot
Yes sir !!! i am learning man !!!! in a parking lot.... there's no track in Puerto Rico..... i was using a z34, but and opportunity to sell my car appear, so i sold it... come 2022 i will purchase a S550 in V8, always wanted a V8, so i will continue to practice with it, thanks for the helpful and clear tips !
Good to know about the genesis coupe angle, I'm learning to drift in a 2.0T first gen and I do struggle with transitions on stock angle a lot
I’m definitely gonna have my car stickered up with some Haugen on there 💪🏾
cant wait for the sim video
I have a question! How u can see ur drift track with all that stikers in front 😂 BTW nice tips thx
Yep a grate underrated community
Awesome tips!! Can't wait to try out some of your suggestions when I go out again. Also, what do you think I should do to my z32 chassis to help me with the learning curve? Should I get a set of coilovers or suspension arms to get the most adjustment out of it?
Good tips, thank you. What about steering techniques? (Hand over hand or shuffle steer) I’m just starting out and I’ve done some driving programs and I definitely agree with you on vision to look up and not at your turn or your hood, “you go where your eyes are looking” I will definitely follow for more content and if you have a second let me know what you think of my videos, more will come. All of my will be on BMW cars or BMW GS bikes.
Yes yes very good information will remember *proceeds to hop in my fwd car*
oh yea its the morning new Haugen racing vid good day
Indeed it is!
Tysm! Drift noob here 🙋🏻♀️ just got me a side ride to play with
taking my covid build to its first track day next month pretty nervous as ive only ever streeted it but feeling confident
I’m looking for a car! I love your videos 😋😋 thank you my guy!
Took my stock 97 ranger on some gravel road. Got some some manji, steering locks and transfers. Barely made steering corrections. 💯 the driver mod is most crucial upgrade.
150 hp
thank for the advises. foot braking while drifting should be a good video
tks brooooo
Great vid as always, was wondering what a good setup for an 01 e46 325i would be? I am thinking mid range coilovers and angle kit eventually but just like before that because I’m getting out there and trying stuff now and the angle feels pretty decent to me so far maybe tires or other mods that would help level up?
Ah tips for AC drifting, I don’t have a handbrake on my sim so ig that’s good. (I use a button on my wheel for handbrake).
Same lol
same
same lmao
I'm too young to drive but I still enjoy your content
I got a 2022 camaro lt1. My suspension is really soft and as a beginner a handbrake would be amazing to get a drift started at slower speeds. This car has 455hp and is pretty fast. I've almost dumped it into several hard objects. I'd definitely say starting out with a higher hp car is almost wise to get a hand brake to slow down entry speed. I'm working on getting coilovers for it.
understood sensei
NANI?!?!
im just 15, and im waiting to turn 18 and go to drift school. and i hope this might help me in the next 3 years, because i never ever tried to drift a car yet
Quick question how do u see through the window and nice tutorial 🤩😎
Can you cover how to manage your speed when linking corners? In Assetto sometimes I'll link a few but then fly off track cause I need to scrub speed (but don't have a handbrake)
You should add more stickers to the windshield 🤣🙌
Yummmmmmmm I’m attempting to learn street drifting but there’s no good roads. Mabye u could do a video on how to find spots
Sheeeeeeeesh 🚗💨
Yeeeee son!
1:01 i thought it was "DRIP", cuz I've seen the outfit and the car got enough drip already
The last tip just wow, improve yourself first before improving your car. Thank you for this awesome content!
I’m 27 and just getting into drifting, but I’d really like to learn more about what goes on during the drift I guess you could say. Like what certain corrections do and why. Like let’s say I keep getting to tight on corners, how to get the car to fall back and get deeper. Or how would you bring it in more shallow. Things of that nature.
Try looking at our how to drift faster videos we kinda talked about it and shallowing out your line
Thanks! I did watch that video it helped But I guess what I’m sayin is like a if you get on throttle at this time it’ll make your car do this or if you brake here it’ll do this, kinda thing, I know things vary based on car/tracks but I guess kind of general rules. If that makes any sense
do you have experience with z chassis big angle kits? is there any significant difference between wise fab and fdf ? is so, why is one better than the other ?
thanks
Where are some good places to learn to drift up in Washington? I cant really find any tracks near me
Should i buy is200 lexus if yes any tuning tips

Just got a 2009 370 z.
It was a previous show car so it has low miles and ware. But also all the mods are cosmetic.
What should I dumb my first couple grand on before I start drifting it?
I know you’re not a fan of euro cars, but can you give me any advice about getting angle out of an e46
stock angle on a nb or na miata good enough?
What are the best cheap drift cars?

I'm learning this year sn95 Gt maxshittyrods removed rack limiters and 6 puck clutch for kicks literally
What van you do for a Lincoln town car 2007 limited signature
Where’d u get the jumpsuit?
Anybody have recommendations for wheel size for a 97 e36? Running 17s on the front but the guy I bought it from had 19s on the back

how do would you turn a 2007 Lincoln town car in to a sleeper drift car.
hi anybody knows how to get more steering angle on bmw e46 on a budget
?
What rims do you have on that?
Does anyone know where I can get a extended knuckle for a bmw e30
How you see through that sticker wall😂
Anybody know if your able to drive on a like a skid pad at your local track if you don’t have a license?
Every time I get the back out, the car rebounds to the otherside. It doesn't hold the slide long. And when it rebounds, I can't countersteer fast enough to catch the car and preventing a spin out. What am I doing wrong or is the car too grippy or loose?
Is it possible to drift a low hp v6 mustang with little angle?
How much should be the degree of angle?
LS400, full Megan adjustable everything under it but no angle kit, CD009 trans, 18x9.5 235/40/18 up front and 255/35/18 in the rear. What do you think for tire PSI being such a heavy car?
That’s the perfect tire size in the rear. As always start around 30 and adjust from there. Also do something for angle. That will help a lot! May want a wider tire in the front unless they’re racing tires than that size is perfect
watching this even though i dont have a car or sim
Would “toe in” be negative?
What angle kit would you suggest for a bmw 335l or m3?
wise fab
Hey Haugen , is bmw e34 2.5 180 hp enough for drifting ?
What do you recomend ?
Uhm how much is she making on the wheels? Recomend hp is about 300 to the ground
Bmw e30 angle mods?
No camber in the rear?
Did NOT know that.
Is asetto corsa realistic with a g920 with a rig and a seat i cant drive im 13
how do u drive with all those stickers on the windshield
*Kanye shrugs* lol
A... Another new build!? 😮
You didn’t watch the build series 😞?
@@HaugenRacing oh I did! I'm going excited to hear there's another build coming
Will you react to fr legends clips? So instead of playing watching stunts??
Ooooo that could actually be fun!!! we'll add it to our list!!
@@HaugenRacing You could do a subscriber submission clips video!
Hey i was wondering if anyone may know some tips for me on transitioning as I’m new to drifting and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. So I tried transitioning today for the first time in a very open lot since I got my diff welded two days ago and when I tried to do it for some reason the car felt like it wanted to spin out super easily even if I was immediately at full lock holding it. What I was doing was I tried just turning with a small flick and clutch kicking and I think 4,000 rpm because my car doesn’t break loose that well with small clutch kicks in the dry and after that I’d do a little swing pretending it’s a corner then I went to turn the other way and clutch kicked again and I get full lock and spin out almost immediately and I tried it again and did the same thing sept I then backed off the car as soon as I hit full lock and I did that and still spun around so I tried decreasing the gas more in the drift and then it was fuck but I was at like 2,500 rpm and the car didnt sound happy at all like it was allowing me to hold the drift a little longer though it felt like I my car was wanting to then straighten or kind of slowl bog and as soon as I get it a jab of the gas it kind of helped so I did a little clutch kick and it spun out immediately and I’m just not sure if I’m just needing to work on throttle control more or if I’m clutch kick at the wrong times or what because I know I could say I need more angle, but people drift 350’s all day stock no issue yet I’m having trouble unless it’s a single small turn or donuts or a round about so I don’t want to make excuse and try to hide behind mods especially since I know the car is more capable right now than I am. If anyone has any tip I’d greatly appreciate them and I hope explaining what I was doing will help maybe point out a error I’m doing. Also my car is just a stock 350z de with a exhaust and new tires and welded diff other than that it’s 100% stock besides a hot Intake 😂
practice in the wet
7:21 i agree with a camera man
