Great workouts and music today. Is there anyone out there in their late 60’s who is having success losing weight with these great workouts? I can’t budge snd I do Burpee girl playlists daily. I am in last 6 lbs needed to lose so I know that’s part of it but I see so many successes so wonder where I am going wrong.
