If the vertical bolt, for the upper spar attach angles, interferes with the spar cap bolts (18:51) you could reverse the position of one spar bolt. Put the bolt head aft. I know that standard practice is to put the bolt head forward but, I have seen several instances in certificated aircraft where the manufacturer reverses the bolt orientation if there is a clearance problem.
You REALLY need to get a throat mic or one that mounts on your shirt. It's VERY difficult to hear what you are saying, even with the volume at max. It just sounds like mumbling to me. Occasionally you speak up, and then I can understand what you are saying, but when the camera pulls back, your voice goes away. I like these videos a LOT, but it is hard to understand what you are saying.
Love these videos. Thanks for making them.

Great video! .. Easy to understand
Very informative. I appreciate your videos. Might I recommend a lapel mic for consistent audio?
a wireless mic does wonders.. if your video camera has a separate mic jack.the cheap ones don't have one.
Thank you for share

the camera guy is annoying
camera man.. the point of interest is the work.. not the man.. I learn nothing from his shit..everything from the parts.
Capt Larry, you're right, BUT no need to be rude and insulting..
