Considering Chad murdered two children with his mistress who murdered her last husband, and went around calling himself some spiritual leader/prophet who could talk to ghosts and angels - I don’t blame her. Oh! AND Chad tried to sell her husband’s (Chad’s brother) land out from under him!!! Yeah. Nobody wants criminals and thieves in their neighborhood

She pretty much described Chad as a under average person in many ways.

I’ve no doubt she’s traumatized and stressed out after he moved closer to her. I imagine now with the murders and the people they know and established a relationship for 15 years living there who knows what they think about them and their reputation. She’s brave testifying and telling the truth about how crazy Chad’s beliefs and behavior.
Fortunately they know she wasn't onboard with turning there ward into a bunch of nutjobs believing Chad's some kinda visionary, it's not that hard to have visions of your wife dieing if you murder her .

Warning to everyone! Never let a friend or relative store even one little box on your property. It becomes an excuse for them to be on your land even if you're not home. I had to get something out of the box will be the excuse. I would pay for someone's storage facility before I would allow them to store anything on my property

Heather was probably upset because Chad was probably volunteering her house and her land to everyone he talked to, for what he believed was his mission. A mission she did not believe in. Chad probably thought his brother and sister-in-law would just hand over their land to him. After all, he had a mission to fulfill. He was important!

the interviews explain what she is saying in great detail. It is extremely alarming. He took Julie Rowe there and Tammy and their children were walking behind as Julie and Chad were talking together about their plans.
Yeah,her and Matt moved there first and she was all upset that they were moving close to their family and would be in their ward,i think its called.She done a interview awhile back with Lauren and Dr.John and was sensible and normal.She didn't want nutjob Chad anywhere near her family.
