He lead a second league team back to the Dutch first League. Then became assistant coach at PSV, during a bad period for PSV. He probably could have done better / taken over from the head coach, but PSV probably felt he was not big enough of a “name” and they got sacked together just a month before the Cup Final that PSV won. He build up his career well, working at solid professional organizations and with good coaches.

@@brooklyn8793 Me i thought it would be a great idea if Carrick was leaft to take as a caretaker upto the end of the season instead of getting an interim coach who needed to bring his work. Carrick was already used to this team and had started that role well. The team continued to get more disorganised and confused with the interim role.

Well produced video but the “things” about Ten Hag are a bit suspect. Surely when proof reading the script and you hear out loud Ten Hag has a better win ratio then Wenger & Ferguson, you pause for a moment to question that? It may be a true statistic on the surface but has so little relevance to ranking his accreditation compared to mangers who have won multiple titles, more years active, matches played, standard of competition (ie prem vs eredivisie), etc. As I said though, credit where it’s due, the video is well put together but the facts are a bit off.
