Add lentils, kidney beans and cabbage as off-limits--I can vouch for them! On the positive side use iodine supps to support thyroid; magnesium and Vitamin D for stress mgmt and bone health; add a high protein/low carb diet avoiding inflammatory grains and dairy and finally exercise for overall good health!

Great additions! Lentils, kidney beans, and cabbage can definitely be problematic for some with Type O blood. Iodine supplements are a solid tip for thyroid health, especially given the common issues among this group. Also, your focus on magnesium, Vitamin D, and a high-protein, low-carb diet aligns perfectly with the need to manage stress and inflammation.

Absolutely, you've got it down! For those with O negative blood type, incorporating red meat, fish, and dense vegetables like broccoli and carrots into your diet can be really beneficial. Berries are a great choice for antioxidants too. Steering clear of grains, especially corn and wheat, and sticking to a low-carb diet also aligns well with the dietary needs for this blood type. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks for sharing your experiences! It's true that everyone's body reacts differently. While the Blood Type O diet suggests certain guidelines, the type and quality of meat can make a difference. It's essential to listen to your body and tailor any diet to your own needs. Of course consult with a professional if you have specifique conditions.
