  • Mercury FSM fuel pump, regulator and repair of fuel pump faults. I think my pumps were fine now in hindsight, bummer!! Seal Kit I bought for the FMS amzn.to/2Qr2DLZ 2011 Mercury 90 hp EFI 4-stroke outboard Fuel System Module rebuild fuel pumps, problems FSM, Low pressure fuel pump timing out, timeout. Clamp for hose amzn.to/3lm8kZS How to repair Mercury outboard fuel pump. How to remove Mercury FSM and trouble shooting fuel pump problems. Mercury High pressure fuel pump replacement. Mercury fault code 3075-28 Electric lift fuel pump timeout. I also replace this part, may have been it the whole time. Fuel line elbow that passes thru cowl amzn.to/34Caqis Where I got the pump kit www.highflowfuel.com I studied this very hard and spoke to many folks including Mercury many times and also the Pump folks at Highflowfuel. My fault was "Electric lift fuel pump Timeout." Mercury Outboard Fuel System Module rebuild repair troubleshooting. NOTE! THE REGULATOR DID NOT FIT BY A HAIR. Be cautious of what you reinstall before you waste time and clamps. Make sure the regulator is EXACTLY the same size and the cover will fit back on. I think i have a fuel tank or line blockage at this time. I had already considered this so that is why I started with totally fresh gas, new fuel filters, etc. But now I think it could be something in the tank or a collapsed line or line liner. This is a tricky one!

Future reference, you can reuse oetiker clamps, the little tabs that come threw the tail, straighten to release, bend clamp back straight re attach the tab threw the tail and re clamp!

My issue was the anti siphon valve on top of the tank, I think it caused the fuel pump to fail

Ok folks, I think I totally went down the wrong path, not the first time but I did learn a lot...at an expense of course. I hope my experiences and videos will save you time and money. I do feel more comfortable with my knowledge of this boat and motor so when things act up I will have a better sense of what is going on.
