No excuse to leave an innocent new born baby out in the freezing cold.
You really don’t know what the mother is going through. The age, the stigma of having a baby which still exists in some families, the absolute panic and fear once you have had a baby, the hormones messing your brain up. All sorts of situations could have made this mother do what is such an unconscionable thing for most. Perhaps she intended to leave the baby somewhere else but she had just given birth and the aftermath isn’t pleasant for the mother either. She clearly wasn’t in her right mind. The condemnation is unjustified until facts are known and allows for it, or not.

This is unjustified until all facts are known. Some cultures don't value life highly which I'd suspect is likely to be part of explanation here.

I am happy that the baby was found I just hope they can find the mother. Don't judge until you know the mothers circumstances, could be a vulnerable young girl

@@aaronmiles2802you have no idea what the person was dealing with - could be a child who had given birth, an abused woman who had the baby forcibly removed from her care,a trafficking victim etc. No one in their right mind does this, and pregnancy hormones can make a woman act really bizarrely. It's not the right thing to do and it's horrific to think about but there seems to be some level of care in leaving the baby near a pedestrian crossing and wrapped in towels. Whoever the mum is, she's obviously not well. Just be glad baby is safe and thriving

Trying to defend if is just sickening and speaks to the decline of Western morality. It’s just pathetic and weak. Yes we don't know the facts, but if she was old enough to have a baby, she old enough to know right and wrong, she could leave the baby somewhere inside some place, or call the police and tell where was the baby. I just don't want to believe she didn't care if the baby died 😢

I love how dramatised this story is, it makes it so much more personable. Its almost as if this sort of thing doesn't happen every day.
Now that it is confirmed that the baby has the same parents as the other two babies found in the same area, I worry that a kidnapping/imprisoned woman scenario might be the case.. I pray that that is not the case.
