I am new to these technology terms:
- "VR video" (watching a movie/cgi using your smartphone that has a gyroscope to allow head movements, right?)
-"360 VR" (a navigatable 360 degrees panoramic movie, generated by GoPro 360 cam, right?) and "VR gameplay" (usually requires a gyroscope). I assume "VR video" shows a split screen on a smartphone to be able to view it inside a typical VR goggle, right? Well I just found out that my LG Aristo (5" LED, slower gpu Adreno 308) has a accelerator sensor but NOT gyroscope sensor! So, will this Utopia bluetooth controller allow me to navigate 360 videos if I wear this goggle? thx

does the controller work to select things in just the normal browser? or do you need a specific app?
You don't need additional app to function like a joystick or mouse.

Does the general headset come with the blue tooth controller and whatnot or is it separate. I have an iOS device and I'm told it's not compatible, but the headset is.

YP app is a Yellow Page for local business not for the headset. Lots of VR Headset app on App Store or Google Playstore. Good luck.

If yours came with headphone jack already then earbuds are built-in. You will need to change controller program mode either @+A combo, @+B, @+C, @+D mode depend on Android or iOS smartphone.

ok so i got the bundle at BJ's for $20 and now i cant keep the bluetooth headphones working it wont power off or on and forget about trying to connect to somthing any info on it will be greatly apresheated
Make sure your bluetooth headphones are charge properly and you might want to restart your cell phone too and reconnect to see that will fix your problem. Good luck.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro phone. I try to connect the bluetooth controller to my phone but it says unable to communicate with VR BOX. In the manual it says that I'm supposed to connect with the Utopia 360 Remote but it only says VR BOX and that it can't communicate with it. Tips? Thank you!
Those are the two companied that made these remote/controller. Turn off and on your smartphone bluetooth while you insert batteries into the remote/controller to re-sync.

No, you can not watch regular CZcams videos on the VR Headset.
Yes you can watch any CZcams video on VR mode (from option) but you cant use alphabetical keyboard to search videos, nor Skip Ads using the remote.

Try to re-sync again with your Android and check your batteries. Make sure it is on Android not on IOS. Unless your controller is defective then go get an exchange or refund.

Don't panic, you should be fine. With or without it.
macdaddypimpping - it works, took a couple minutes to figure out. The @+(button) switching is the only thing you really have to test out for the apps. The headset is actually cool, for the price. Plus a ton of free apps, can't go wrong.

bought these as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, thank GOD Bestbuy does refunds.
I tried them out first before actually wrapping them, complete garbage. Not only was it not VR, but was a headache getting phone in and it felt cheep.So horrible. Returned very next day for a refund.
You have to adjust focus accordingly and strap to fit your head. If it is too tight then you will get headaches and if this is your first time wearing it you will have to get use at first. Don't move around too much or you might loose your balance. It's not recommended to wear this more than 15 minutes.

I don't know what everybody is talking about, but the utopia 360 I have is a worthless piece of junk. The viewing windows do not line up, you cannot connect it to external power source and it drains the cell phone so fast, you cannot even say utopia 360.
