On my phone it says that the remote is paired but the remote doesnt work
I just ordered two for 13.00 gonna try to Jerry rig to fit otter box.
EDIT: The lid that you open to insert phone, I gutted the whole inside of it, that's it. Phone in Case fits great . No more having to take your phone out of its Case.

I assume you mean the button to select things on the screen. It is at the top front of the headset :)

The thing about these cheaper headsets is that the controllers are always hit or miss. It didn't work correctly for me either

Controller is always hit or miss with these cheaper headsets. The buttons falling out hasn't happened to me so I'm sorry to hear that
