    Note: This video features the Stroberpro X600 Pro, which was our equivalent model to the Godox AD600 Pro that is currently stocked.
    THIS STROBE DOES IT ALL
    The Godox AD600 Pro improves upon the popular AD600BM and ups the game for the most performance-minded shooters. The Godox AD600 Pro destroys the competition with features, reliability, accuracy and price.
    THE STROBEPRO DIFFERENCE
    Strobepro is the largest distributor of Godox products in Canada. Give yourself peace of mind with Strobepro's helpful staff, 2-year warranty, and Calgary-based service centre.
    AUTOMATIC TTL
    Tired of adjusting settings in tough lighting conditions? Then let the AD600 Pro do it automatically for you. Set it to TLL mode and fire away with perfect exposures in any lighting condition. Weddings, party's, or outdoors, TTL is a lifesaver.
    BATTERY POWERED
    The advanced lithium battery made by Panasonic is designed for performance. It will recycle 600w/s in 0.9 seconds. The AD600 Pro will give you 350 full power shots.
    STROBEPRO X SERIES WIRELESS
    One controller to rule them all. With its built-in receiver, all you need is a radio controller for remote power control up to 300 feet away.
    2-YEAR STROBEPRO WARRANTY
    Ever had a problem with something you've bought online overseas? Good luck getting that fixed. We're a Canadian company with a Canadian warranty, right here in Calgary. When you buy from Strobepro, your AD600 Pro is backed by our Strobepro 2-year warranty.
    9 STOP POWER RANGE
    Dialling down all the way to 1/256 power allows you to shoot wide open with even your fastest glass. 600 watts of power on the other end allows you to overpower the sun, even at midday. From babies to fast action outdoor sports, you're covered.
    HSS (HIGH SPEED SYNC)
    The AD600 Pro supports HSS, allowing you to unlock your whole shutter speed range where you'd otherwise be limited to your flash sync speed. This is typically used to bring down ambient light when shooting with fast apertures, but it can also be used to freeze fast action in competing light.
    STABLE COLOUR
    The AD600 Pro is dead accurate across the entire power range with a variance of just +/-75K with the colour stability mode enabled.
    LED MODELLING LAMP
    The new 38W LED modelling lamp is the brightest LED we've ever had in a strobe.
    FITS ALL MODIFIERS
    The AD600 Pro fits all Strobepro and Bowens modifiers.

    Cannot thank you enough for this video. I've been trying to figure out how it mounts and how it tilts for the longest time. Off camera flash is something I've been slowly trying to learn. This was soooo very helpful. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    Great in depth review on its features.
    Is the 2nd curtain synch still limited to 1/30s and lower?? This is a bit of a nuisance for me on my 200, 360 and 600 flashes! Surely Godox could fix this with firmware updates.

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 6 lety

      It is still maxed at 1/30s. We will have a chat with the engineers to see what the limitation is.

    I'm just getting g into the Godox system. I have several Canon 600EX-RTs and I would like to use the XPro to fire them together with the AD600. I need help
    After mounting the 600EX-RT on the X1 and the XPro C on the Camera, how do I set this up to make me use both AB600 and 600EX-RT be fired by the XPro mounted on my Canon Camera.
    Manty thanks

    I have two of these and noticed that when I trigger them they make a strange sound, like a spring vibrating, just after the beep, it does it with both Units, so would not think its a fault, Unit s both seem to perform OK, but I have used quadra kits and Broncolor Siros none of these make the strange sound, would you have any idea what it is.

    Very Helpful Vid, thanks. I can't get the Canon trigger to mirror the AD600Pro when in TTL, what am I doing wrong?

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 5 lety +1

      The display of the strobe will not reflect the exposure compensation in TTL on the LCD screen. It will show on the controller and is actually sending the TTL. Any exposure compensation showing on the the strobe display is cumulative to what shows on the controller. I would recommend keeping the strobe compensation in TTL at 0 and adjust everything from the controller.

    hi, Can I link & use this light to trigger Canon Speedlite 600EXII-RT wirelessly? thanks for your help

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 6 lety

      No the Canon is on a different wireless system. however you can add an XRC receiver to your 600Rt to add it into the system. The XT Pro Canon controller would control both lights then with full TTL and HSS. All lights from Strobepro now have the receivers built in.

    On the multi mode, you said you can set the number of flashes and the Hertz. What does it mean to set the Hertz? Does that control the speed of the flashes?

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 6 lety +1

      Yes you can set the Hertz (unit of frequency) of the flash. It basically means how many times something can happen in one second. The higher the Hertz the more flashes you get per second. This has nothing to do with setting your camera to multiburst mode for example and seeing if the flash will keep up. It is how many times the flash will fire in one frame. For example taking a picture of a sequence of movements of a dancer captured all in one shot.

    can you adjust tempterature on godox 600 mines coming up very blue or do you adjust that via camera

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 23 dny

      Strobes are typically daylight balanced, and there is no way to change a strobe's colour temperature aside from using gels. Strobes do have a small amount of colour variance throughout the power range. For example, your AD600 Pro has a colour temperature of 5600 +/- 200K. The variance is reduced to +/-75K in its colour stability mode.
      Auto white balance (AWB) can produce mixed results with strobes. For colour neutral results, fix your camera's white balance to 5600K, or take a custom reading from a neutral grey or white.

  • @vadimyakus

    How about Pentax systems? K-1 for example. Will your trigger work with Pentax K-1 and what about the high speed sync?

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 6 lety

      There is no full Pentax support yet. It would still trigger in single pin mode but you would not have HSS or TTL on any of the lights. You would still have power control and firing though.

    • @vadimyakus
      @vadimyakus Před 6 lety

      Will Cactus help in this case? For example, I buy the Fuji trigger and put it on top of my Cactus transceiver...
      And another important question here: what about the Elinchrom speedrings? I have 5 amazing and very expensive Elinchrom sorftboxes and still want to use them with Godox AD600pro. Thank you.

    • @Strobepro
      @Strobepro  Před 6 lety

      No it still won't give you HSS. For your Elinchrom modifiers you can change the speedring to bowens with our 6" speedrings. If those won't fit your boxes just give us an email because we have an adapter for $35. hello @strobepro.com

    • @xperimentalone
      @xperimentalone Před 6 lety

      I don't think so people will be bothered much by it but for the perception and admiration to the brand and the person it would greatly improve audience influence.
