I also suffer from aortic regurgitation, and I know exactly how you feel... It was absolutely devastating when I received the diagnosis back in 2018. I went through all the stages of grief and cried many times. As a hypochondriac, it was my worst nightmare. Now, I have to go for regular checkups to monitor the condition of my heart. Fortunately, my heart still hasn't grown to the point where I feel symptoms and surgery is necessary, but it will be one day. Tightness of the chest, feelings of doom, being light headed, and, in fact, most of these symptoms can be caused by both heart problems and anxiety. And actually having heart problems while having serious anxiety issues can lead to a lot of psychosomatic symptoms, which is normal for someone who has found out they have serious heart problems lol. Praying for your man. Sometimes I complain about things like my skin issues. Why do I complain though? I’m healthy and I’ve seen my parents at their worst in the last few years. And I have heard of people with legitimate life threatening illnesses. Truly nothing in life is more important than finding peace and being thankful for what you have. You have really been inspiring for me and so many others. The hundreds of thousands of viewers that you have reached and even made changes from your content shows how much one person can do with a camera. I’m glad you’re in a place where you feel at peace and are comfortable with your mortality, though I know it can’t always be easy. I’ll still be here watching, as so many others are!
So, thanks Austin! Your channel showed up in my life during… well, the same period my parents got sick and my brother got mentally sick. It’s been inspiring and has grown as I have grown, been there through sickness and health, and seems it’s done that for you too.
So yeah, praying all goes as best as it can and thank you for everything!!!

I’ve been watching your videos for many years now and love the diverse, true-to-you content that you make. (I still regret never getting one of those El Terror mugs; that livestream was so fun!) I look forward to every upload, but know that I and many others will happily wait for whatever you do next (your upcoming movie included!). Take care of yourself. 🙂
