Be careful with these, the plastic is brittle and will explode if a piece of whatever you're cutting gets launched into the chute. He really should consider using solid plastic or even switching to something like aluminum to keep this from happening.

@@KRWoodworks That's news to me. I follow his channel and socials, he changed the design but mentioned nothing about his manufacturing process as far as I can tell. I'm on my 3rd chute, I bought three... two exploded.
The plastic isn't solid. It's hollow, kind of like the zig zag pattern found between the layers of cardboard. That makes it brittle and prone to shattering. Dewalt tried to use plastic for their units but had to do a mass recall for the same issue. I'd hate for this guy to get sued for this.
I'll give Travis credit where it's due, his design is wonderful when it works.
