It would absolutely hold up as a parole violation. Ive known so many people who received parole violations for Jay walking and minor infractions. I know of a parole officer who would peak through the windows house of a parolee. And it’s an automatic violation if you come into contact with any law enforcement while free. Literally you can be with your family at the state fair and if a police asks for your name for no reason that literally is an automatic violation. EDIT: People in the sub doubts that a parolee can get a parole violation simply for coming into contact with a police officer or any law enforcement agency. If you did time in California please comment. These people have absolutely no idea. Parole holds in California are extreme.

Sometimes they let you go but as a parolee you have to immediately report it to your parole officer. Please look it up. I can’t make this s**t. Just ask people who did time in California
