Is this possibly the quickest ejection ever in the NBA? NBA referees Joey Crawford ejects Dallas Mavericks head coach Don Nelson once again after only a minute and half gone by of the first quarter.

Don probably just wanted to go have a beer.
the most sensitive basketball ref in history
Don Nelson: Stands up
Joey Crawford: EJECTION!!
Don nelson, k.c. Jones , tom heinsohn were the students of red auerbach and all of them were great coaches
I don't know if it's the quickest but I miss Nelly, he's the man.
1:33 into the first quarter I’d say is the fastest ever
nelson was always getting tossed. i remember one time where he took the ball from someone and punted it cause he was so pissed.
New Record: Gregg Popovich - 63 seconds
Phil Jackson has the record I believe. 30 seconds
I have a referee buddy who is getting into reffing in the NBA D League and he was telling me about a time he was talking to Joey Crawford and Crawford told him that he ejected Nelly 2 minutes after the officials came out of the locker room once. Joey is not one to mess with!
+Caleb Taylor that's literally the video
Literally 2 minutes after coming out of the locker room would be during pregame warmups. The officials are on the floor awhile before the game starts. So are the players & coaches.
THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE AN NBA REF. HE MAKES HIS OWN RULES
0:44 was something we'd hear later on down the line.
Crawford had the wolves +2
The NBA refs in the early 2000's are unbelievable. I've almost completely sworn off the Lakers run in the 2000's, it's just so jaded with the officiating
Agreed
+Ray Petree I said it on another video... the fact that Joey Crawford has held a job for as long as he has tells tyou all you need to know about the legitimacy of the NBA.
Lakers fan all the way but I agree shady refereeing
You're crazy, the Lakers run was fucking destiny, they had a prime dominate big man in shaq, the best all around player in kobe and to top it all off a champion head coach in Phil Jackson it was a match maid in heaven.Good teams play through bad calls, there's no such thing as the refs making it impossible to win, that's horseshit
I always used to remember Joey Crawford running up and down the court with a Laker Jersey.
Nellie and the Bucks in the 80s, the best
He has the most ejection coach ejection in the nba
Don Nelson Didn’t do anything tho, he wasn’t mad at all, but once he got the Tech that’s when he was mad but before he wasn’t mad
Phil Jackson has the record I believe. 30 seconds
When he retired, nba fans everywhere sang in the streets with delight and joy
I couldn't STAND Joey Crawford
As a referee myself, typically you don’t call 2 techs on the same player/coach back to back. He should administer the tech, and walk to the table while the other referees try to cool down the situation.
Huh? Not the referees' job to "cool down" anything. It is the coach's job to decide whether let his anger dissipate or serve up a second helping attack. Sadly, amateur referees worry about being liked, so they do things like cool down the coach, apply "bartender touch," and effectively throw their partner under the bus. If my partner calls a tech, I'm not going anywhere near the penalized coach.
I’m watching Jazz vs Houston and I think Rudy Gobert just beat this
the non sense referee of all time
Joey Crawford didn't like Don Nelson.
Donald Nelson looks like President Donald Trump.
Joey Crawford is a terrible human being. The world would be a better place without Joey Crawford. The NBA is disgusting for letting him ref
