Marques Johnson was my favorite basketball player as a kid. I played basketball in high school and wore number 8
So much respect for Don Nelson, truly one of the greats. I´m a Mavericks Fan since 01´and Don Nelson mismatch run and gun offense made me fall in love with the game and with the team.
Awesome. When we were younger, we would always reference coach Nelson when we wanted to pantomime rage or losing it. He's great.

I did not realize that Greg Popovich was an assistant to Nelson at Golden State.
They should interview him on that show with Matt Barnes and The guy from the Spurs
Box the all the smoke podcast? His name is Stephen jackson. They were both teammates on the warriors when Nelson coached that team. The “we believe” warriors squad. He was so fitting to be their coach. Stephen jackson was ahead of his time. He was a point forward for that team
