- In this video, I will share with you how I make these three super simple and delciious smoothie bowls.
These measurements serve as a guideline, feel free to adjust to your own taste.
MANGO SMOOTHIE
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Pineapples (frozen)
1/4 Cup Mango (frozen)
1/2 Passion Fruit (frozen)
Sweetener to taste
1 - 2 Tablespoons Granola
1 Teaspoon Coconut flakes
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
3-4 Strawberries (frozen)
1/2 Bananas (frozen)
Sweetener to taste
1 - 2 Tablespoons Granola
1 Teaspoon Peanuts (crushed)
RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
Sweetener to taste
1 Teaspoon Chocolate shavings
