I always find it ironic how fantasy books are so dark, not only in coloring but also in theme. We often think of fantasy as being children’s fairytales, but they can actually be so dark and depressing. Not to mention, the fairytales we know and love actually have really dark roots.
Yea and how they choose the worst stories to turn into cute Disney movies and its so far from the original tale/tales

My favorite part of your bookshelves is that you actually use them for BOOKS while integrating pretty or meaningful items, rather than filling them with pretty items while adding the odd book here and there. Thank you for designing a bookshelf for those of us who love to read.
WOW! Bookshelves with books on them. NONE of the current decor gurus actually put books on their shelves! Also, I am a PROUD library patron, so if I own the book, it's a fave!!! Love love love!

Head to thrift stores! I have found beautiful objects, vases, pots, and great books for 1-4 dollars. Wear a mask, bring your own bags😷🇨🇦🇺🇸

For me I organize my book shelves by
1. Splitting my books into their separate genres then
2. Organizing the books by author last name alphabetical order

Love it! I have 3 young kids, so I am always jealous of these big, beautiful, well organized bookshelves full of adult things haha. I loved the tips as well. I have 3 bookshelves. A large one in my room that is mostly read stuff. One in the living room that is mainly my TBR and a big cherry blossom tree bookshelf that is a mix of things.

These are so pretty! I usually organize by having an author’s collected works in piles, then I put the piles on my shelf in order of size on each shelf so the tops of the books line up. I am also a huge fan of facing books outward and stacking series on their sides. Great video!

I personally organise my books by rainbow colour (I have a great visual memory so I tend to remember my books by their covers and find them quicker that way 😜) 📚🌈🥰
