    Is there a way to see what platform impressions, clicks, etc. are coming from? For example, seeing how many came from CZcams, Gmail, or Discovery.

      You can look at placements but the data isn't that great

    Hey Jason, great video, love the content! Quick question: When using keyword targeting in YT Discovery ads, are match types used? Or do you just enter the keywords without any modifiers?

      There aren't match types with Discovery or Display. So just enter them in without modifiers and your all set!

    Hi! Thanks for the video! it was really helpful for me to understand what the discovery ad is. One quick question! What is the difference of setting just United State vs. State+City+Zip? Isn't it same eventually?

      You are targeting the same locations. The difference is how it's reported to you. When you don't add those individual details, you don't get that detailed data. So if you just put US and not the states, you won't get the state by state traffic numbers

    Hello. Can I manually select the advertising platforms I'm interested in in the advertising campaign settings?

      The only platform you behave is Google display...if you want to only run ads on a certain site that's somehow you can do with your targeting options....if you mean somehow like Gmail ads only then yes

    I had followed one of your old videos on Discovery Ads but this is no longer available. Is it possible to just promote a video through discovery ads with a goal of getting subscribers not driving them to an external source?

      Discovery ads are now 'in-feed' ads. All the settings for running them are the same; Google just changed the name on us.
      You can set Display ads like this guide shows to go to your videos but I wouldn't recommend doing it. Stick with the 'In-feed' youtube ads to promote your content

      These are different types of audience targeting. Its how we tell Google who we want to show our ads too

    Hi. My discovery ads spend entire budget within 30 mins after the day starts. This is happening even at very low target CPA
    Please let me know what could be the issue

      There's not much to do there. Google will spend the daily budget as it sees fit based upon the campaigns goals
