Bloody Tears

- An attempt at getting Bloody Tears from the Netflix anime adaptation in decent quality. Other versions I've heard either have the voices and sound effects or the audio has been butchered beyond recognition. This version still has some decently noticeable SFX but not as bad, and may be as good as it gets until the ost releases... if it does. Anyway, enjoy ^^.
Composed by: Kenichi Matsubara
Arranged by: Trevor Morris
"Castlevania Season 2 (Music from the Netflix Original Series)" someday...
This track was composed by Trevor Morris. Both his first and second name are Castelvania references, dude was born for this job.
Trevor Belmont and John Morris
@@zero-one2585 quincy morris and johnathon morris too
He is the castlevainia reference
😂😂😂
Wasn't composed by him. This theme was in the original Castelvania II - Simon's Quest game and was composed by Kenichi Matsubara. He only did this ugly overblown arrangement.
So a half vampire, a nomadic magic user, and a monster hunter walk into Dracula's castle...
they order some beer.
Beer for some reason is better than sex
And some thief cries off in the distance because he got excluded again
And Dracula says to them “Is this a joke?!”
Then the monster hunter goes for the punch line.
"I terrify them, Sypha disorients them, Alucard goes over the top and we support him."
“Yes”
“Begin”
I love how it's just taken as a given that the mere presence of a Belmont scares the hell out of an entire room of vampires, more than a wizard or the actual son of Dracula ever could.
@@Bluecho4 i mean, the morning star makes them explode
Slash to dracula's army.
Honestly I think the scene would've been way better without the play by play from Trevor. The silence would amplify the fear the vampires felt. And would just make the scene feel way more badass. Still a hype ass fight tho
"Oh well...Dracula's son, a Speaker Magician.. WAIT IS THAT A FUCKING BELMONT?!!"
"Is that the fucking Morning Sta..." *(EXPLODES)*
The other vampires: "Fuck, a Belmont!"
Dracula: "Fuck, my son!"
Sypha, feeling left out:
@@ladywaffle2210 "Carmilla: Fuck, a straight woman!"
@@corryjamieson3909 Oh, I like that one
Every real castlevania fan lost they shit when we heard this
Hey even people who have never played or seen the games lost their shit when they heard this. track is absolutely Amazing
If there is one rule a Castlevania game must have Bloody Tears. Hell even Smash Bros continue that rule when Simon & Richter were added.
I lost it here man.
I lost my shit, and I didn't even play the games! I want to thou...
@@Death_Korps_Officer The games are WORTH playing, I will tell you.
2:50 Hey this is pretty good!
2:54 *random scream and explosion*
Yea, that's sadly the most noticeable SFX in the middle of the track and not something I was able to remove. If someday I get some more experience with audio editing, I'll try to remove or at least make it less noticeable. ^^
@@blayer69The idea of "restoring" and rearranging soundtracks has appealed to me for a while. How did you get into it?
@@Ben0_o Well I've been collecting game and anime osts for a while, have around 2TBs of it now after about 3 years. So seeing as some songs never get released (cough, nintendo, cough) or even worse, have SFX embeded into them (game cutscenes and almost any anime without and official soundtrack release, like this one), I figured I may try my hand at it, tho, this is still my first attempt and was mostly playing around with the bluray multi-channel audio in Adobe Audition ^^'
@@blayer69 You did a great job, friend! The scream was actually kinda funny, to be honest.
@@blayer69 It's damn near impossible and you've done an incredible job already. Excellent work.
"You couldn't defeat me before."

About dang time we got a decent rendition of this. Well done, chief.
This is Probably the best version of this yet
@@ohdahngboi_2237 there is a lot of amazing versions of this, they are all good.
My favourite is Rondo of Blood version
@@AAAAAA-hv5qp I think they meant "a decent version of the Netflix rendition of Bloody Tears, which inexplicably hasn't been released anywhere officially".
@@typerider5305 ok, thanks, im not very good at english, so maybe im could misunderstand something.
I haven’t played any of the games but I was ridiculously hyped when this started to play
You haven't lived until you've eaten dungeon wall chicken

1:32 - 1:46 I love that cues of “Beginning” from Castlevania 3 can be heard within Bloody Tears.
I never played the game but god I love this bit nontheless
uh i dont hear it. what are you talking about?
@MikeMic productions I didn't really notice it either, but if you hum beginning to this part it sounds nice
I audibly screamed when I heard this theme starting up and the Vampires mid-war looking at the 3 bois with terror on their face. The most joy I felt since completing Castlevania III.
Same. I was like, "wait, why'd the vampires stop fig..? SHUT THE FRONT DOOR, IS THAT BLOODY TEARS?!?" Such a wonderful surprise XD
"Is that a Speaker?"
"Is that the son of Dracula!"
"IS THAT A FUCKING BELMONT!?"
@@Bluecho4 Th--th-there's a Belmont in the castle!
@@pedrobrazon6610 When little vampires dont want to sleep their mommas tell them Belmont stories.
Oddly enough I think the sound effects actually enhance the song. The wooshing fire and the knisht of the sword fits so well
i still can not believe they didn't released the official ost in decent quality of the show
True but thats music business for you...
“Music by Trevor Morris”
That’s like having someone named Bowser to be the president of Nintendo
...oh wait
Bowser doesn't exist
@@sonicsucks20 What? I mean, sure, Bowser is a fictional character from a video game, but the actual president of Nintendo's last name is Bowser

Trevor Belmont and John Morris as one, lmao he was BORN for this.
@@daseal1479 Yes! Someone who got it! 😎👍
“I terrify them, Sypha disorients them, Alucard goes over the top and we support him.”
Begin
Amen
I never understood that... could you explain it to me, please?
I loved it when this played, all of them looking at Trevor, Alucard, and Sypha with terror. You can just hear Alucard from Hellsing abridged say "You don goofed"
I like how they went from fighting each other to working together. A common enemy appeared & they had to put their differences aside.
It’s funny cuz when I first saw this scene I was humming along with not even realizing it was Bloody Tears and then once it hit the chorus I was like, “Wait a second...HOLY SHIT!!”
I remember when I heard this come on, I literally started screaming. My dad was pissed because I ruined the action, he was the one who got me into the games and he some how did not recognize the song. But I was losing my shit, this series is THE best video game to screen adaptation in existence.
big exxageration there.. they didn't even make any arrangements like this one for other parts of the season or others. I'm just hoping Nocturne still has more in store
@@Gyrokun Nocturne used Divine Bloodlines (Richter's theme) ya happy now?
Eh, Cyberpunk Edgerunners is the best esp in terms of how well it stayed true to its videogame counterpart
When you're about to terrify them, one of your friend disorients them, and your other friend goes over the top and all of you must support him:
Sorta really love it how in that very moment, the in-fighting between the vampires end, and they all take on Alucard, Trevor and Sypha together, yet still fail.
you could try cleaning up the "Belmont's house" theme when the team enters the belmont mansion please
sure!
@@blayer69 some estimated date when you will do it? :D
@@ElDiarioDeKarlana not sure yet, kinda busy rn... I'll get to it as soon as I can though ^^
Amo tus vídeos de wow
Pero madre mia karlana, que haces aqui compañero?
This ost right here, is so breath-taking and tragic at the same time. I knew Dracula was gonna die but man it hurts.
"A morningstar whip, well played, Belmont. But I am no ordinary vampire to be killed by your human magics. I am VLAD DRACULA TEPES AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!"
This is by far the best version I've heard so far. honestly I wouldn't even care if the soundeffects and dialogue were just left in because it's better then destroying the sound quality removing them
Trevor Belmont gained immortality and changed his last name to make this
I will now conclude that the main theme of the franchise is "Bloody Tears" sure Vampire Killer can be considered but Bloody Tears is more iconic especially when entering the castle in which horror awaits.
I think it would be hard to measure what's more iconic. I feel like vampire killer is known the same way 1-1 from mario is known
The moment our heroes enter the castle and the music starts, this is Castlevania at it's purest and it is glorious
Trevor Morris... wait a second.
So the Belmonts do exist...
Wait, have they seriously not released the OST for SEASON TWO yet? Wow.

Maybe its not perfect but its the best we have. Great job!
My jaw dropped hearing this for the first time. I’ve never cheered so much after a song played during a scene in my life until now.

@@kyle21843 It's just an especially fitting name for someone working on Castlevania.
In its final stage, it plays the music of Castlevania 2. It's the nostalgic memory of a Nintendo Game in a Netflix Series.
"Alucard goes over the top and we support him."
They really need to finally release this damn thing as an album, because holy shit, this soundtrack kicks all the ass.
Holy shit dude, thank you. I’ve been searching everywhere for the Netflix version and even the original score is extremely compressed and awful. Thank you :)
Its so cool that the composer is called Trevor Morris
To eras of vampire hunters in a single name
If you are here and forgot, just a reminder season 4 just came out, go watch it
fucking finally holy shit I wonder why no one had done a good quality rendition of this for so long
I just wanna say that I'm SO FUCKING HAPPY Castlevania after all these years FINALLY got justice real justice at least in a animated series form! THIS is what Castlevania should always be in every form. FOUR YEARS WORTH. And there's more to come!!!
This series was perfect in everyway. Every single character. The animation, the music. Everything.
You did the emperor's work here man
For me, this was the moment that took an already extraordinary series into being perfect. The fact that Morris has the restraint to orchestrate wholly original music till the point they step into the castle is just pure magic. Because hearing this made me get goosebumps, “ITS HERE!”
Holy cow, an actual clean version??? Every single one I've searched is either muffled or edited in some odd way. You are a saint
Cleanest version I've heard

Isaac's so badass, look forward to seeing what Hell he raises in Season 4
Which half the time isnt even his fault but instead from people being assholes to him 🤣
@@kyle21843 But it's still his fault because he seems determined to come to the conclusion that humans are bastards who deserve to die, even when other people are nice to him despite his pack of demon familiars. That, and the people who were "mean" to him in Season 3, except for those travelers at the oasis, were reacting with understandable panic at his demon horde.
This is so iconic before but this makes love the franchise even more
this has been the best version I have found yet of this good job
