That looked like a lovely meal, Lee was lucky getting to taste such a succulent feast. It was good to see it get cooked up in that Tefal pan. They really are the best pan, so light and they heat up proper quick and all that. I broke my one the other day after using it to swat flies. There was one rather troublesome fly that was being quite tricky. I tried swatting it extra hard but the frying pan slipped out of my hand and smashed through my kitchen window. It landed in my neighbour's metal shredder, which was switched on at the time, so unfortunately that was the end of that. Fumbs up.
Hi Kay, you should have cooked the spaghetti once the chicken was ready to come out of the oven. Pasta always has to be added to boiling water, never cold. As for the chicken, Lee said it was chewy and needed more cooking, but your chicken looked like it was cooked enough; putting it back in the oven would have only make it chewier and dry. Looked like a lovely meal though Kay. I've not been able to eat much for the past month as I've not been well and cooking a meal is just too much for me to do right now; I wish I had someone to cook for me. Cheers from 🇨🇦

Ok, i must admit that looks interesting, i would use pene noodels, spice the chicken a bit more up and would use greenbeans with bacon intead of the peper and i really can imagine that this would taste really good😊
Hi Kay. Please don't cook the chicken for longer. If its chewy it means its already been cooked for too long. As you cook chicken the juices run out of the chicken so if you cook it too long all the juice comes out and makes it tough and chewy. Cooking for longer won't save it unfortunately
True story… I once thought I’d turned the chip pan off and I’d turned it to six instead. Two fire engines and half the village coming out later my kitchen was destroyed.
