Holii.Lo puedes hacer los 6 dias de la semana y el dia 7 descansas,pero si quieres resultados rápidos haslo los siete dias de la semana yo los hice los 7 dias de la semana y me dio un increible resultado ala 1 semana

Doing this for 5 months with calorie deficit
Waist: 27.5 inches
Stomach: 32 inches
Weight: 47kg
Day 1 :✅ I think my legs are more sore
Day 2: ✅ still hurts like hellll
Day 3: ❌ was so tired because of school
Day 4: ❌ same reason as number 3, it's basically hell week for me
Day 5: ✅ did tt but I couldn't do the last 3 exercises

Wonderful set of exercises! I have done those for 2 weeks straight, once or twice a day. The first 2-3 days it felt like someone punched me in my tummy and while doing exercises it brought a sweat on me, but then it all got better! :) For me belly area is a problem area, so I am doing a lot of other belly exercises on top of these ones. I do not expect to see results right away, because I believe it just does not come this way. You need to keep going for a while and doing these exercises every day will get you closer to your destination point. Please note, to have a flat belly, not only it is important to exercise and walk daily, but also eat healthy and exclude sugar from your eating habits. The food you consume is just as important as doing exercises!

@@whatever929 hello, sure, I keep doing this set of exercises + other exercises from Yuuka on strengthening belly muscles, and it does (slowly) bring results to me. My belly becomes flatter and flatter week by week, belly muscles are way stronger than before, so this helps also to keep it flat. Side note: I am sugar-free, on intermittent dieting for the last 8 months, walk daily at least 5km, doing sports and/or aerobics daily for 1h. It is very important to move a lot and be sugar free to achieve a flat belly. All the best for you!

Hi, I'm one of your subscribers from Indonesia. about two months ago I started following your 4 work out videos for belly fat and back fat folds, I try to do it every day even though sometimes I skip it because I'm too lazy hehe. my belly size before doing your work out was 81cm, but after I did it for about two months it's now 73cm. only complaint i have with this video is the three moves in the beginning give a mirrored position, this has made it hard for me to follow....
now I have done this video for 6 days, i kinda like it now...will continue doing it for 14 days...
Day 1-6: felt hard to follow for the mirrored image ones, but once get used to it, it's easy...this video works on your legs a lot and you will get a little sweaty at the end...
