Ingredients
1. Eggs - 4 nos
2. Potato - 1 ½ cup
3. Big onion - 1 ½ cup
4. Greenchilli - 2 to 3
5. Salt - to taste
6. Chillipowder - 1 ½ tsp
7. Turmeric powder - a big pinch
8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
9. Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
10. Curry leaves - plenty
masala
11. Coconut grated - 1 ½ cup
12. Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
13. Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Preparations
1. Boil the eggs carefully and cool, deshell, cut into long pieces. Set aside.
2. Grind the ingredients for masala with a big pinch of turmeric and chillipowder.
3. Boil the big onion and potato cuts adding items 5 to 8 till well done.
4. Add the masala, stir and finish off by garnishing with coconut oil and squeezed curry leaves.

ശരിക്കും Nostalgia.. 😋😋😋😋 പൂവൻകോഴിയുടെ സൗന്ദര്യം അത് പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. അവൻ്റെ ഗാഭീര്യം നിറഞ്ഞ, കുണുങ്ങി കുണുങ്ങിയുള്ള നടപ്പും , പിന്നെ എൻ്റെയച്ഛനെ കാണുമ്പോൾ ഓടി അടുത്തു വരുന്നതും ഇന്നലെയെന്ന പോലെ ഓർക്കുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ മുട്ട പോലും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് വെജിറ്റേറിയൻ ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും , ടീച്ചറമ്മയുടെ മുട്ട അവിയൽ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അമ്മയുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന രുചി വായിലെത്തി.
