My neighbor told me this meat trick! So easy and delicious. This is a great meat recipe for the Easter table! The most tender meat that melts in your mouth! A simple and quick recipe for meat in the oven. You have no idea how delicious and easy this recipe is. Once you do it, you will do it again and again. I can safely say that this is the best thing I have ever eaten.

▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 1.5-2 kg pork neck
Beat lightly with a kitchen hammer
4 cloves of garlic
3-4 teaspoons of mustard
Salt, black pepper
Oregano, turmeric
Fold the meat and let it rest for 20 minutes
1 large onion
some vegetable oil
350g mushrooms
fry until done
smoked-cooked bacon
Handful of olives
wrap tightly in a roll
Tie together with kitchen twine
Cover with foil and let rest for 30 minutes
2 tablespoons honey
1 spoonful of mustard
1 spoon of soy sauce
Coat the meat well with sauce
Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 °C (preferably with a fan oven) so that the meat has a crust on top
Brush with sauce again
Cover with a double layer of foil
Bake for another 60-70 minutes at 200°C
Open the meat and brush it with its own juices
Bake until nicely browned
If you first let the meat cool completely and only then remove the threads, it will keep its shape well
