While listening to this report, I thought, "to each is own. Your life, do what you will." But when the Texas realtor used the words "refugees" and "trauma", the words "ignorant" and "bullsh**" came to mind. Calling themselves refugees is absolutely ludicrous, clueless, and completely out of touch with what's going on outside of the America.
Maybe they are joining the cult they always dreamed of soon?
No. There's hostility that happens inside America too.
Good point. Soon their paradise locale won't be so perfect.
You're so mad lol.
Probabloy they forgot that their own country invaded so many other nations that, now they are paying the price by the insurgence of the Ref + U = gee
lookd like nobody love their own karma
It’s awful what’s happening to the country. When I was a kid, I remember my grandparents next door neighbors had Ford signs on their lawn and my grandparents had Carter signs on theirs. They both flew American flags from the front porches and in the mornings it was “hi Dave” and “hi Joe” and at night it was “How was your day” and “firing up the grill this weekend so why don’t you come by with the kids” It’s a real shame what’s happened
I completely agree 👍🏼👌🏼!
I agree, too. Seems we've lost our way some. Need to pick back up the trail - break out our moral compasses.
Totally agree! I'm almost 60 and was born and raised in a small NE Ohio town. I felt like I lived in Mayberry!! I still feel that way today. Neighbors took care of each other, we had a fire department auction every year, picnic in the park for 4th of July and parades for Memorial Day. Things are so different now. I want my childhood back!!!!!!! ❤️❤️
Fox News calls democrats “evil” and “here to destroy America” and “the enemy” every day.
We should do this. The civil war outcome was a failure because reconstruction ended prematurely.
If political " sorting " happens, so be it.
Maybe politics shouldn't rule every aspect of your life.
@@rasputinspickledpeepee1976 Except the people in this report said themselves that was the reason why, right before the report showed how realtor sites are springing up to help people move 'somewhere redder'. Maybe you just have poor comprehension skills.
maybe stop letting your democrat cities turn into shitholes.
Indeed.
It does.. when those policies can place your life endanger
But it is an idea when politicians where you live want to run all aspects of your life.
People don't want the truth, they want to be told they're right...
Real story: Two REALTORS saw an opportunity to make money profiting off of politics. The more people who move the more money they make in commissions. They have a big incentive to push this idea of moving states to Republicans in Democrat states. This news story is a great way to get free advertising for themselves & their business.
You're right. But they have willing customers who are absolutely painted red or blue.
I despise realtors. Common salesman who grandiosely refer to themselves as “professionals”. So happy they lost that court case and will no longer receive unfair commissions
@@RoadTripzz14 Absolutely. Realtors are unindicted co-conspirators, who were involved in the biggest financial crime in U.S. history. Never trust a realtor.
I'm sure Washington is glad to get rid of them.
So basically, liberal areas are becoming more liberal, and conservative areas are becoming more conservative? Pretty much the same situation as politics in general.
Born in Seattle lived there 51 years and sold my home in Bellevue and moved to Northern Nevada, was looking at Idaho but I have family there and visited many times,i refuse to pay property taxes for the insanity of King County.
Saying "Americans are relocating" when the average American can't afford a $500 emergency is wild. Americans are relocating alright, from homes to tents.
Those Americans need to stop crying and lift themselves up by their bootstraps.
dumb, lame, doom and gloom propaganda
Wallow in your misery. 😂😂😂😂😂
Tents? Must be democrat run California
Well, look at this clip. They're only showing large, expensive homes. Have you looked at home prices in Boise lately? These "refugees" only appear to be the wealthy ones.
Thankfully, I'm moving back to New England next month. Florida is the most hateful state I have ever lived in. I am sorry I came here. It isn't just politics, mortgage went up, car insurance went up, property taxes went up, and home insurance skyrocketed. Can no longer afford to live in Florida. At least, in New Hampshire, I found an affordable home and I can afford the bills. Not to mention NH is not a hateful state to live in. People are actually nice and welcoming, no political BS gets in the way.
Florida used to be my family’s vacation destination. I have no desire to ever set foot back there. I would like to see Key West before I die though!
Left FL 3 years ago, best thing I ever did.
Got that right. I'm a SF Bay area native, moved to and lived in Idaho for 4 years and was glad to move back to California. The small minded and petty politics up there were too much for me. California has lots of problems, but we are wide open down here on how to solve them, and everybody works on it together, no matter what your background. Everyone's included.
A bowl of clam chowder never looked so good when I got back.
Who is working on the homeless problem in SF? And the fentanyl? And the crime? So delusional. Everyone's included to be apart of a dystopia?
I'm a Bay Area native and moved to eastern oregon which is conservative and I love it. I will never look back.
This must be a bot. SF doesn't solve any of its problems.

I moved offshore 10 yrs ago. I return to U.S. maybe once a yr for business purposes. Here where I live now people are more interested in their lives than anything else. Just being happy. I know of a woman from Texas who moved to Washington state in large part because of the abortion ban.
According to her, she got pregnant after being RA'd, she chose (key word, chose) to keep her baby resulting in the birth of her daughter but a couple years later, Roe v. Wade was overturned and Texas implemented a near total abortion ban.
She chose to leave Texas so that her daughter won't have her choices taken away from her should what happened to her also happen to her daughter as well.
That is moving because of legal rights not because of politics. These people in the video don't want to live near people who don't have the same thinking they do. They didn't say they were not given the same freedoms.

Areas in eastern WA are more red than Boise, lol.
Very true!
The difference between the number of "blow out" counties from '04 and '20 may be for a lot of reasons. One is gerrymandering. The other is that the GOP has gone from a center right party to a fascist one. This appeals to a lot of white Christian nationalists and doesn't to most others. In short, the real estate business is brutally competitive business and this "help you move to a redder area" sounds like a marketing gimmick. If you want to move to Texas, any real estate agent can help you. Also, the political views of the real estate agent is independent of the homes they show you, closing costs, etc.
It also doesnt help that the left is also swinging to a fascist state as well, creating wars in the east and killing thousands of children in paleestine. There is no middle ground any more, a lot of us are politically homeless.

The republican party has drifted a lot to the far right. With completely new topics like nativism, protectionism, autocratic support... this is really different from the original values of the conservative movement.
If you see the interventions in congress, the overwhelming majority of gop's representatives are loyal to the pre-trump republican party, they are opposing putin and the "law of guns", they are championing a low tax policy, free trade (except with China), the private sector...
But somehow, in the media and the presidential primaries, it is a minority that has taken the gop. With people like marjorie Taylor green, matt gaetz, Steve bannon... and they are imposing a style that is vulgare, polarising, in contradiction with the duty of exemplarity a politician must have
In reality, the same can be said for the Democrat Party because you never hear from the moderates, only the loudest far left progressive Democrats.
Both parties have been hijacked by extremists and that's why there is so much infighting. We need to oust the extremists in order to get this country to head in the right direction, but unfortunately most Americans are too nose-deep in their phones to notice how bad things are getting.

Sometimes people who move to a state with lower taxes and regulations forget why they did it eventually. They miss the level of services in their state of origin and start voting for more.
I get it, and it's a deeply concerning trend we're witnessing. The path we're on seems to be leading us toward a division based on political beliefs. What's worrying is the diminishing capacity for empathy and understanding towards those with differing opinions. I can't support that mindset. For instance, I have friends with conservative views I don't entirely align with, but that doesn't mean I'll end those friendships. Politics has become akin to a religion for some, driving people apart more than ever. If this continues, we could see a segregation reminiscent of the 1950s, but based on political affiliation - "conservatives only" or "liberals only" instead of racial segregation. It's as if the basic principles of humanity are being forgotten.
I like the "old" days (before 2016 and before the Frump cult) when politics along with religion didn't define the person or who you associated with or who you even bothered to associate with....remember when strangers smiled at each other and said "Hi!"? When it was always implied to "Never discuss politics or religion"?... Well, I recently moved to get away from all of that to an amazingly friendly, happy and very affordable place where everyone is warm, welcoming and family oriented! Today I walked about a half mile to a mom and pop store, because that's pretty much all they have here, to grab some freshly harvested organic produce, again because that's pretty much all they have here, and of the dozen or so people who I ran into along the way and while shopping every single one of them said "Good morning!" to me with a smile!...You may be wondering where this place is and if someplace like this even exists anymore....of course it does, but where I moved to they say "Buenas dias!" BTW- I grabbed a liter of some freshly squeezed organic orange, mango, coconut and banana juice for just over $2.00us and avocados where on sale for around $0.42us each. I also picked up a lunch of caught this morning fish tacos con todo (with everything!) for $27 pesos, or around $1.58us each!! Mucha suerte desde la hermosa Mexico!

I don't like it. But boundaries and "Big-Boy" jobs are something that Western countries still don't understand.
I feel the same way, that is why I choose to live in South Texas where Hispanics are 90% of the population. That means there are no alt-right racist rallies and white nationalist movements down here. Down here you see a few white women married to Hispanic husbands and vice versa . Many people are conservative here for sure but at least they are fellow Hispanic. I get it, sometimes it feels unsafe to be surrounded by people you know that just a couple generations ago they would have wanted to lynch you or through you into jail for refusing to sit at the back of the bus. Remote work has enabled many Americans to go where they are treated better.
Its not smart because politics needs balance and some push back to be the best it can be when its needed. Concentrating a state purposely , they will find people redder or bluer than them and that could be too extreme for either party members on persona level. Sometimes Red benefits from a little blue and blue a little red. This country woulda been 1 party already if it didnt need the other. Those moving for those reasons need to be prepared mentally and maybe financially for dealing with policies that dont work for them that are their own parties.
The need for balance is what's missing in the discussions, debates, conversations, etc anymore--and I lay that square at the feet of the you-know-who's 😔😔😔
That was true once. But when a party becomes so exteme in its vision... Trump will not concede if he doesn't win. In order for there to be a two party system, they both have to agree on a set of rules. When a candidate lost, they admitted it. Now -- if I win, the election is fair. If I loose, the election is rigged. If we no longer can agree that elections choose, then we have a very big problem.
I might not agree with my neighbors politically but I don't hate them or want to move to another state? This I do not understand.

Hilarious ! ! ! Who wants to move to Oakland? or Philly? or Chicago?
Me
Living by your own kind should be natural and acceptable, no matter who you are.
I want to see how many move back and why in 5 years
I moved from san fran to a red state and will never go back to that mess. every time i go back to visit family i just hate it, violence, feces on the streets, life is scary there!

ID rep Heather Scott up north wants to leave already.
@@sew_gal7340 All the gatekeeping and rudeness as well.
That's why those cities have a housing problem.
oh wow, um.. I live in the Seattle area and quite like it. I'd only move if I could find something less expensive and maintain quality of life.

I would like to have neighbors that mind their own business and vote their constience and except election results.
I have friends who lived in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. They are liberals. As the area became more crime ridden and started deteriorating they moved to more conservative and safer Orange County. Unfortunately they continue to vote for the same liberal politicians which ruined the San Fernando Valley.
Politics used to be a boring subject. Now politics seem to be tied with world-view and life choices. This started in the 90s and has only gotten worse.
I am an ultra-Conservative stuck in NJ
I MOVED OUT of California too!

He looks like the kind of guy that says "iota"

Idaho and Hungary are good options
Kirby Wilbur is 100% a clown!
I am part of a hopefully big hi tech startup moving from London England. New York and California and Blue states were laughed at.
THERE'S YOUR SIGN
I love in a liberal place and it sucks. So much money wasted all over for nothing, so much corruption. Can’t wait to leave one day.
For those who want to move Oregon’s border to become part of Greater Idaho I hope you were listening. You don’t have to move the border, just hook up with one of these realtors and they will set you up in your perceived part of heaven. 😅
So you moved from a state with 12 electoral votes (Washington) to a state with two (Idaho). Sounds like they don't understand politics at all.
Hey! If a lot of them move to Idaho, wouldn't Idaho have more than 2?
To want to move big red defies logic to me. But then I see their white skin and their wealthy home and it makes sense.
Noting wrong with white and nice homes.
