    I think theres a rule about powerpoints being near water connections.
    Strange powerpoints your using BTW, the rear of them is waterproof ?

      Yes there are minimum set distances that power points need to be away from things like sinks and showers. Mine are all well outside those distances.

    Yeah, in Australia, any electrical work over 60 volts needs to be performed by a qualified professional. So, if your solar is over 60V which I'm sure alot of DIYers is, it should be done by a pro. Also, most power points are designed to attach to a metal bracket, not screwed into a dry wall...
