Is there a way to get cuts narrower than 5/16"?

With the GRR-RIPPER 2GO, no.
But the GRR-RIPPER GR100 and GR200 come with a 1/4" leg to rip down to 1/4" wide.
And both can be fitted with the accessory 1/8" leg which lets you rip 1/8" wide strips safely and consistently.
