    So I need to work on gaining more push from my left leg (leg I jump off of) and my high jump friend says that I jump a bit too diagonally. Any tips to help with that? When I focus on that everything ing g just goes crazy and I have to run it through instead of jumping.

      I always do best when I don’t think about how high I have to jump, and just focus on competition. One bar at a time. Go out and compete hard, and let momentum carry you over the bars you need. Good luck! Stay focused
