This coach is legit, heed his words all you self-taught vertical jumpers like myself (I was a finalist @ 2006 CIF State T & F Championships: Women's HJ, 7th place, 1.73m lifetime best PR). He speaks truth w his philosophy on the 6-4 approach. Wish I had been fortunate enough to have him as a coach in high school!
