Unit works great. Had a little confusion on pulling multiple shots but read the manual, I figured it out. After steaming milk and you want to pull a second shot....you push the brew button and both L&R lights flash, then purge the steam until the steam light goes out, wait for the brew light to come on solid blue and it will be ready to pull your shot. Pretty good for a budget machine.
I ordered this unit through Amazon. I recently opened the box and got everything set up. This video was very helpful in walking through first time use. I followed these steps and unfortunately my machine doesn't work. After 20 seconds, the internal pump was noisy and grinding away. This went on for minutes and no dripping of water. Tried a few troubleshooting steps but to no avail. Now, the machine comes on, blue lights up, but silence and no water expressing. Very disappointing to open something new out of the box and it doesn't work. All I wanted was an espresso this afternoon.

What is the black thing with a red little lever inside the drip tray? I have no idea what to do with it. I just got it. You don't show it when you lift the drip tray cover

Same issue here. All was well for about 2 months. Now, it doesn't make the light brown foam on the top of the espresso. Would love an answer for this
It might be how coarse your beans are grounded.

My friends came over to try the espresso from this machine and it was terrible, super bitter coffee. The milk frother didn’t work either. Makes sense why it’s so cheap

Hello, we bought the same coffee maker but in my case the water does not come out. What could I do to make it leak water?

Thank you for your support to Gevi. We will try our best to solve any product problems you encounter.
If there is no water coming out. It can be caused by pressurized air in the boiler hindering the flow.Why the pressurized air in the boiler, there will be 3 possibilities.
1-A new machine;
2-The machine keep unused for some time;
3-The user accidentally activated the pump without a connected water supply;

We will provide you with 3 ways to solve this problem.
Method 1:
1- Make sure that the rubber cap of the water tank outlet has been pulled out, and there is no foreign matter in the water tank, then add water to the water tank.
2- Turn on the machine and turn the coffee/steam knob selector to the coffee side and let the machine run for 15 minutes. If water flows out of the coffee outlet, the machine can work.
Method 2:
1- Make sure that the rubber cap of the water tank outlet has been pulled out, and there is no foreign matter in the water tank, then add water to the water tank.
2- Turn on the machine and turn the coffee/steam knob selector to the coffee side and let the machine run for 3 minutes, then turn off the machine. Repeat 3 times.
3- Let the machine stand for one day. Note that the water in the water tank does not need to be poured out.
4- One day later, turn on the machine and use the Making Espresso function and Milk Frothing function to check if there is water or steam coming out.
5- If there is a small amount of water or steam coming out, please operate the Making Espresso function and Milk Frothing function repeatedly until the machine can produce water and steam normal.
Method 3:
If method 1 and 2 do not work, please refer to the video via the link czcams.com/video/1sWg40RhbXA/video.html to disassemble the machine and fill the water pipe inside the machine. If water flows out of the steam pipe, the machine can resume normal operation.

MY FIRST MACHINE DIDNT WORK , ORDERD A NEW ONE DIDNT WORK. NOT A GREAT PRODUCT
After 2 weeks, my espresso machine stopped working. Seems like a horrible machine as many people on amazon reviews had the same issue.
It started by just making very slow drops once or twice. now It just makes an almost silent huming sound when i turn it out, but it puts water in the portafilter because when I take of the portafilter it seems like it was suctioned in, and it clearly has a bunch of water in it. Whats wrong????

I would try running white vinegar through it. The instructions may tell you how to descale the machine with vinegar and then rinse with water.
@@FuckPedophileBiden It was in fact the water pump. Same issue that many other purchasers have ran into as seen on the reviews of this system. thanks for the suggestion though. I've already upgraded to a real machine that actually works.

@@FuckPedophileBiden this machine is pure garbage. I received it as a gift. I read the reviews and many of them speak about how the machine stopped working in just weeks! I chalked it up to people not taking care of their yhings, not realizing that espresso was hard work and it being user error. I took extreme care, know all the INS and outs of espresso making. And mine didn't last a month. I'd suggest you cancel your order.
I purchased a gaggia classic pro and a real grinder. The machine got me really into espresso and Hooked on the process which was the only good thing that came from the garbage.
It was bad with me, as I'm not in the United States so I paid an additional $75 or so (about half the cost of the machine) just to ship it to me. And like many others', it died within the first month.
Not happy with this machine. Cant get any good shots. And how do i calibrate the machine. Cause its not my beans or burr grinder? Cant just scoop coffee in portafilter and expect somethin good. I weight to the gram. Still crap
