    Hi when I hit the 1 shot and 2 shot button it doesn't stop on its own it just keeps pushing water out as if I hit the manual button. My machine is bran new. help what am I doing wrong?

    Can you show how to program the shots to the amount you want?

      Hi Karla,
      Thanks for your support to Gevi.
      Here are the steps for Shot Volume Programming:
      1-Long press the 1 SHOT button / 2 SHOT button for 2 seconds to enter into the mode of setting the dispensing amount.
      2-Press the 1 SHOT button / 2 SHOT button, Espresso will start to pour.
      3-When you reach your desired 1 shot / 2 shot volume, press the 1 SHOT button / 2 SHOT button. The espresso pour will stop.
      4-Press the 1 SHOT button / 2 SHOT button within 15 seconds, 1 SHOT button / 2 SHOT button indicator will flash white for 3 times. and the new single / double cup espresso shot volume has been saved.
      5-The machine will return to the READY state.
      Note: Press the Manual dose button within 15 seconds. The Manual dose button will flash white for 3 times, the machine will be back to ready mode without saving the new settings.

      Hey Gevi, my wife gave me as a present a Gevi expresso machine like this on last June 19th, 2021.
      Unfortunately, 8 months later, since that time the machine began with leaking issues at the beginning of February 2022, I contacted the customer service for the warranty policy that applies according to your website.
      After almost 6 months back and forth, yesterday they sent an email offering to pay me $20 as a warranty. What?!
      Is it a custom good and fair customer service?

    it arrived yesterday. didnt work, tried every troubleshooting steps only to realise the machine itself was broken. lmao truly a waste of my time
    edit: it is indeed broken and i got a new one which works fine on arrival

      We carry a 1-year warranty on our products and will provide customer service to answer technical questions at any time. The warranty is based on the order number and QR code. Under normal use, the warranty period is one year after the order is placed. However, the warranty will be void if the defect or malfunction of any warranty product is due to unreasonable use or lack of maintenance by the customer.
      So if the product is still within the warranty period and it is confirmed to be a quality problem, we will definitely provide a warranty plan as soon as possible, so please provide the following information for further analyze and input the information into our after-sales service(gevi-home@gevi-home.com) for confirming your warranty qualification for better service:
      1. Order number or order screenshot
      2. QR code at the bottom of the machine
      3. Please make a video of the whole process from plugging in the power to operating the machine to the failure of the machine and send it to us
      If the video is too large to send in an email, please try the following methods :
      Method 1: Divide the video into several parts and send the video by
      email multiple times.
