    Fantastic. I love how you show your whole process with the throwing in real time. Just got a shrink ruler. I think it’s going to be a game changer. Thanks for the video.

      You'll love it!! It's such a game changer and there's no more guessing what size your pottery will turn out to be!

    I love your videos. How do you get the speckles in the final look? Is that coming from the clay that you use or is it the glaze? Thank you!

    Your work is so fantastic 🤗 can you please make a video or short on how you make a shrink ruler? I definitely plan on making myself one to use in my ceramics & sculpture classes

    Thanks for the video! May I know the name of the clay that you're using in this video? Also the red cardigan you wore during glazing is super cute! I'd love to know where it's from, too. :D

    I have watched this video several times, just love it. Could you tell us what the turned finished height is.

    • @HanaCeramics
      @HanaCeramics  Před 4 měsíci

      Thank you! I think the finished height of this was about 7.5 inches or so? I typically make my oil cruets around 7-8 inches in height. I find that is a nice size!

    Hello Dear Hana, thank you for this video. i have a question: did you left your kiln that much open during bisque and glaze firing?

    • @HanaCeramics
      @HanaCeramics  Před 5 měsíci

      I only leave my kiln open until the temp reaches 1000 degrees f and then I close it for the rest of the firing and until its cool! I do that since I don't have a vent attached to my kiln!

      That is a truly beautiful piece. Can you tell me, is the neck straight on the inside or tapered? I have terrible trouble getting the spouts to actually stay in the neck - they just keep rising up and pop out! What is the secret to getting them to stay put?! Thanks for a lovely video
