We get it. Bob Baffert is suspended but that doesn’t mean, his clients and their horses are too. Hopefully the judge find it in his heart to make the right decision.
Muth should be allowed to run on this 150th Kentucky Derby even if it is with another trainer. Because of the Medina Spirit drug case, Churchill Downs gave two year penalization to Baffert from 2021 to 2023. The penalization extension of one more year (2024) to Baffert was not in the original court papers. The Zedan's Attorneys have a case. The Kentucky Court Judge may let Muth run on this 150th Kentucky Derby with another trainer even when Zedan had an opportunity to change trainers by late January of this year 2024.
Penalty was not arbitrarily extended you liar! It was specifically extended because Baffert continued to lie about it and go out in the press and refuse to take responsibility. That is why it was extended. There was nothing arbitrary about it!
Baffert served his time. Zedan spent millions with Baffert suspension supposedly being lifted for the 2024 derby. He should be allowed to run. And I can't blame him for not wanting to switch trainers, like him or not Baffert is the best Triple crown big race trainer in the last several decades. Cdi should have to stick to the original deal. How many owners have spent millions to send Baffert the best bred horses knowing that he was supposed to be able to run in 2024? Cdi needs to suck it up and stand by what they laid out from the beginning.
Theses states want to be apart of entertainment but make there own laws like professional golf college football take a hike horse racing should move the race you want to enforce your state laws move the race
"Medina Spirit was disqualified from the victory because a blood sample taken on race day registered positive for betamethasone, a legal corticosteroid used to treat joint inflammations, that's banned in Kentucky on race days. (The amount in its bloodstream was so miniscule it could have had no beneficial impact for the horse's race.) Baffert has consistently maintained that the horse had not been injected with the drug - and then later himself learned that an ointment with which Medina Spirit was treated (via external administration, as opposed to injection into a joint) to combat skin lesions in the weeks before the race, Otomax, contained a form of betamethasone. In other words, Medina Spirit wasn't being treated for joint inflammation via injection of the drug. Churchill's position was clear: a positive test for the drug is a positive test, no matter the manner in which it was administered. Baffert was given a two-year suspension by Churchill (at all Churchill-owned tracks), and served a 90-day national ban levied by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. Last July, stating that Baffert had not shown contrition or awareness of the gravity of his violations - not least because the trainer gave a televised interview in the wake of last year's Belmont stating that he "“wouldn’t have done anything different” in the Medina Spirit incident “because everything we were doing was legal" - Churchill Downs extended the ban by a year, which encompasses the 2024 Derby season." www.forbes.com/sites/guymartin/2024/01/28/bob-bafferts-derby-ban-requires-him-to-assign-any-derby-bound-horses-to-other-trainers-this-week/?sh=2d83de642a8a
@michaelbriggs2466 Maybe you don't care that the most successful trainer in Derby history through his skill and the hard work done by himself and his staff has been besmirched over nothing. Many others do.
@jasonlingo5853 You apparently do not understand that the CD corporation has made a mountain out of a molehill. "The amount of betamethazone in the ointment and absorbed through the skin of a thousand pound horse was far too little to have had any effect. "Brewster said the lab did not release the level of that steroid found in the blood, “but they said it’s there.” “They estimated it was 25 picograms,” he said. While that drug can be legally used as a therapeutic in Kentucky on a horse, any trace of it on race day is grounds for disqualification if a second test confirms it was in the blood on that day. A picogram is a trillionth of a gram. The lawyer said testing labs in recent years have become able to detect minute levels of pharmaceutical substances, some of which can enter a horse’s or human’s system by incidental contact, as opposed to intentional administration." www.cnbc.com/2021/06/02/kentucky-derby-winner-medina-spirits-failed-drug-test-is-confirmed. html#:~:text=%E2%80%9CThey%20estimated%20it%20was%2025,have%2021%20picograms%20of%20betamethasone.
And neither do you. He's not suspended forever. LOL. You're gonna have to whine and cry harder than that to get him suspended forever. Let me know when you make that happen, mmmkay? 🤣
Baffert served his sentence. Anyway Muth the horse did nothing wrong and send should be entered.
We get it. Bob Baffert is suspended but that doesn’t mean, his clients and their horses are too. Hopefully the judge find it in his heart to make the right decision.
Not happening, simply because logistically?it changes too much
cheaters always prosper in America
The Ban on Baffert is insane and unfair.

@terrygonzalez1325 💯This penalty was unjustified to begin with and now it has been arbitrarily extended.

Muth is 3 - not 4.
Good video :)

100 percent support
Democrats behind Baffert ban... They sunk their greedy teeth in sports, entertainment...!
I feel sorry for the horses , punished because of the trainer, I want to see Nysos run
Maybe Baffert should be more careful about administering performance enhancing drugs to his horses on race day.
@@moa3008 Don t be disingenuous.the man not administering performance enhancing drug
Repole’s first Derby champion has already faced and beaten Muth and would certainly do it again, so it’s not a huge deal if he’s not allowed in.
Free Baffert !!
N it's FIERNESS...
@javedismael It's Fierceness. Oddly, the horse is anything but fierce and lets the others intimidate him when he doesn't break faster than they do.
Barry Bonds greatest ballplayer. Bob Baffert greatest horseman.
Three flowwers
