I did an experiment with various microSD cards to document which worked, and which didn't with this drone. Here's what was tried, what worked, and what didn't. The only theory I have as to why some worked, and some didn't, is that they may have installed a very old card writer (maybe some vendor had a large batch of very old writers at little cost?).

This drone has problems recording video to sd card, I will pick up a card
I figured it would be a TF card like my other low cost electronics... but is an archaic micro SD huh?
Maybe limited to 16gb cards?
I have tried 16 GB U1, 32 GB U1, and just bought a 64 GB U3 for this drone but none worked! It is frustrating.

This one is a contender based on price, but I’ve got a fav (costing 3 times as much) and am waiting on the release of two new ones. Anyway, keep up the great work.

Waiting on delivery of my Mavic Mini 2. Lost my first Mini on Saturday in the top of a 70’ poplar tree. Thought it was a goner! Luckily it fell out Sunday afternoon with only prop damage. This review shows a very cheap in comparison drone, great for someone to learn on. Practice on before flying into trees maybe.

Regarding duel antenna question. Banggood shows the sg907max in either single or duel antenna. Not sure what this means or if important when looking at buying options. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Range 400 vs 800 mtr.
If you have the SG907 Pro or Max, the secret to indoor flight is start the controller and hold the GPS button until it switches to GPS 'OFF' mode on the controller screen. Then power up the SG907 drone. Once it syncs up and lights are solid, use the joy sticks to unlock and power up the propellers and push the button to take off within a 5 second window for each process. Once done, you can fly indoors. When the drone is landed it will automatically switch back to GPS 'ON' mode and cannot be switched back. Turn both controller and drone off and repeat process or if replacing with a fresh drone battery. Happy indoor flying.

This seems to be the best for the buck right now. It is however now around the $200+ price range due to the economy 😥 with 2 Batts and a carrying case. Thanks for your reviews. Sir, if the drone only can fly using optical flow mode, what are the problem? Is it the dron gps got problem because it seem that the drone doesn't connect with the gps

How well did the gimbel work while flying and changing altitudes? Was it stable with no jerk? The motion for the camera was really jerky when moving it up and down.
Gimbal was good. No horizon tilt.

🇲🇲Woww . . . This is what i want for low budget drone 😆😆 love it 😘
No drone is without it's problems. I started on a Syma X5C 100% manual. I moved to a Phantom 3 and was wowed with altitude hold and all the features. I progressed to mini and micros as they are just safer for my area. No geofencing or additional apps are needed for permission to fly. I particularly like Tinyhawk 1 and Parrot Mambo FPV now. I also bought Mini 2 but regardless of the 249 grams the app still has the normal DJI restrictions. The SG906 and 907 are a great way for beginners and budget minded people to get their feet wet in the drone world. The safest fun factor for me though comes from Tinyhawk and Mambo.
A drone to give me hope that I can buy something that isn't a piece of ****, and won't empty my retirement account!

ZLL/ZLRC make good drones for budget friendly prices, I got the 906 PRO and have not been disappointed, the 907 reviewed here looks really good too.

Captain Drone. I have been following you for about over two years. I have a question. Have a SG907s with optical avoidance module on top. But can't seem to get the comparable android App that works what do you recommend? no video
Normally you can only use the APP made for the drone you own. The App is on GOOGLE PLAY STORE or IOS STORE or the manufacturers website.
Would you recommend this as the best cheap drone among other cheap drones in the market?

i have the SG906 and it take like 15 minutes to ring satellites Does it take that long normally or is it the drone? If it’s the drone is there a way that I can speed it up?
It depends where you are standing. There can be no blockage of the sky around your drone (side to side and up)
No fisheye effect, fly good, 3 axis gimbal 1080p Sounds good for the price. 👍

How would this drone compare to the Kai One Pro Max. Same kind of features and price bracket.
Not a bad little starter drone for the price, particularly if you can't decide whether you want to spend a lot more money and really get in to the hobby or not.👍👍👍
And if you crash & break it... It will only be a couple hundred down the drain instead of a thousand dollars or more. 🙄
Nice video. I like the Max. Question? I see some sellers of this drone list 2 versions, single or dual antennas, but they don't explain the difference. Can you clarify and which is a better buy, single or duel? Thanks.
Interesting, I have not seen that, nor do I know what it means. The drone in this video has two antennas on the bottom.
I couldn't record video or pics, so I undid the cover where the optical flow lens is (4 small screws) and pushed the ribbon connector in after flipping the holder open. I then closed the holder.
It works fine now. 16gb max according to the instructions.
Captain, would you recommend this over the SJRC F11 Pro 4K?
The video shot by this drone looks clear and stable, but a lot of other reviews mention too much jello effect. I am a little confused 🤔
Clear and stable? It wobbles all the time. For me a No Go, not even for free.
Indrajit, this drone is designed to be inexpensive. The F11 PRO 4K has a better camera but costs much more.

The drone likes certain MICRO SD CARDS. If you don't have the correct one, no luck. Check the comments, people have posted what works.

Just a question,have you been able to find the serial of it or of the flight controller?
The majority of budget drones do not have a serial number due to there being no warranty or after service. This one has no serial. If you need to register it, just make up your own serial number and stick it on the drone.

I have an Eachine E520 model drone that is SIMILAR to this one. Ordered it from bangood. I've had it for several months now and it flies perfectly! It also flips! The flipping feature is out of sight! 😃👍
