Hello I've had severe arachnophobia for most of my life (severe as in actually diagnosed and genuinely serious, involves hysteria, couldn't read the word without having a panic attack blah blah) and today I did my first few hours of desensitization and once it was over my response was "I guess this means I can try and watch that Dan and Phil games video about spiders" !! And I did it!! That's all :)
