Questions (new videos?)
1. Where can one buy a ONE bdrm. House (not a condo or apartment and not in a 55+ community. An independent, unconnected house. -?
2. Can ppl in a manufactured home community play a musical instrument (Piano? Drums?) in their own dwelling (not late at night)
3. Can a person be evicted by a bad landlord in a 55+ commuinity if their home is already paid off and they own it? for what, most likely?
4. can you do a video about the DULUTH area (take battleground exit from i-5) and S.S.East ridgefield east of i5. Thanks!

Thank you for the video suggestion, we will keep that in mind!
I have only ever seen a one bedroom house once or twice. Only place you'll find them are the very old areas such as downtown and Rose Village, Uptown etc. I would not recommend them, as they resale poorly. Most of the single family houses in our area are at least 3 bedrooms at a minimum.
The instrument rule would depend on the HOA, however I'm going to go with yes, that is generally allowed.
I assume you're talking about a 55+ manufactured home park, since you pay rent for the land. The answer is yes, they can evict you if you stop paying space rent
