is very difficult to predict the future Hannah. But I would like to retire in a place like that.👍
I agree, it is difficult! Thanks for watching, I hope you can retire here too
I want to retire in Vancouver too! Hannah's videos are very helpful.🙂
Thank you very much for watching and commenting!
Es muy bueno saber estas cosas ... Thanks Hannah , videos are very helpful.💯👌
I want to retire in Clark County but can't until 2037 and worried that by that time the house prices will become unaffordable.
Yes, that is a ways away, so I understand the concern. I honestly do not know what prices will look like that far into the future!
Thanks Hannah, this is all very helpful information. See you soon.
Thanks for watching and nice to talk to you yesterday. See you soon!
Your videos are really helpful, thank you.
Thank you for watching! Out of curiosity, where do you live now? Locally or elsewhere in the country?
Hannah I hope that in the future the cost of housing as well as living will improve, perhaps the owners are just trying to recover the cost of the investment in the short term... It is true that 2024 is all very expensive. There are bad times and better times, it has been like this throughout history.
I hope so too! It seems unlikely home prices in this area will go down, as it is very desirable and there is a lack of supply of homes
Thanks for sharing good information.
Thank you for watching, Ken :)
Already unaffordable
I agree that affordability is not great in this part of the country
I plan to retire there ;)
yay
Sent you an email
Thank you, David!
Who wants to retire in the rain?
Some people do! A common misconceptions about this area is that it rains all the time, and it's just not true. We really experience all four seasons, on a somewhat mild scale. It is raining today, but last week we have 60-78 degree temps
go check out the video I made about PNW weather
@@LivingInVancouverCamasWash I lived in the PNW for 35 years. I was miserable. Dark, gloomy and cold for months on end. I go back to visit family and always happy to leave. Plus Portland is an absolute cesspool now.
@@JamesG1126sorry to hear that. Glad you’re where you want to be now! ☀️
People who don’t like hot weather??
Huge lack of primary care physicians. It Does rain a lot here. Property taxes are high. Housing costs are high. There are also a lot of car thefts here. Huge homeless problem. Public transit is not great. This realtor is sugar coating the reality of living here.
You are welcome to move elsewhere if you would like :) I am very honest about pros and cons of the area, please feel free to watch my other videos. Thanks for watching
You mentioned my "neighborhood" --- North Dallas, Plano, Frisco.
Shoutout to North Dallas!
