Pretty sure Cold Blooded Resilience is referring to the unit of Saurus or Krox you choose in the first sentence, so you complete the BT if that Saurus\krox unit was not destroyed, did not retreat or was not removed from the battlefield! He got the tactic anyways but hoping this helps in future games! It’s super easy to get if saurus/krox are in combat when your turn starts! Keep up the great content!

Great vid! A lot of fun! Just as an aside, Khorne battle tactic in T1 would have failed, as they were only in range of 2 different board edges, not 3
Big face palm on my part. I assumed I achieved it because I had a unit outside my territory LOL. Funny neither of us caught this :)
Actually you can achieve this strat by using the prayer "Killer Instinct" and maybe a blood point to move one on your units to the opposite side of the table. Did this Yesterday. I also tend to play the claws of karanak for their pre-game move, which makes the tactic even easier.
how did khorne get the battletactic first turn? u need to control 3 different table edges...which one was the third?
Oops! I flubbed that one, I had 2 units on the same table edge. I guess my brain had a short circuit because one was outside my territory! It's funny that neither Michael or I caught this! Thank you for watching our channel :)
Really sad to see the forgotten +1 to wound on the Aggradons into the heroes turn 3.
You and me both brother, that was a deciding factor in the game so to miss that rule hurt.

Ohhhh I like both these lists! Going to watch how this battle goes and see who comes out on top. I lean toward the Khorne, but think it will be a close one.
This are both really fun list. If the spell ignore from khorne works it will be their game, if not kroak should be able to lead the frogs to victory.

Missing the +1 to wound when the aggrodons went into the heroes was big sad. I also don't think the hounds take the objective from the aggros in turn 2 as the aggros count as 2 each on objectives.

He didn't lol. That was a mistake that neither of us caught :) He also did not take the objective from the aggradons in turn 3 because they are 5 wounded. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for watching our channel!

I have recently discovered that the rules that give Khorne models the ability to unbind spells and endless spells does not allow them to dispel endless spells that are on the board. You need to do the heroic action to allow a hero to do it.
Refer to the core rules for dispelling endless spells. It states that each wizard or priest can attempt a dispell. Hope that clarifies.

What rule is this? As far as I've known, only Dromm, Slaughterprists, and Flesh Hounds can unbind spells/endless spells.
I'm looking to start a collection of Seraphon next year, but I gotta go with my khorne here!

Why were the kroxigors bites on a 4up? Surely its a 5up only if its by the terrain piece?
Coalesced have a battle trait called "predatory fighters" which adds 1 to bite rolls. This stacks with realmshaper engine ability "fierce guardians" :)

I am not a pro, but I think running Kroak/Slann in Coalesced is pretty bad since they are so many points. Starseer and Astrolith are always good picks. Chop Kroak, Skinks, and the guard and you can fill up on more Lancers, Warriors, and Krox to take advantage of the charge buffs. The Krox Warspawned are not worth the extra points compared to the basic Krox, I have found out.
Agreed :) When we filmed this battle report, the models were still new and we hadn't added a lot of these pieces to our collection. Now we can run a proper Coalesced list. Michael is always hesitant to take magic out of his lists though, because he likes the Castle playstyle. thanks for taking time to comment, there will be more Seraphon on the channel soon. Slannesh is purchased but is behind Skaven, FEC and Nurgle on painting table. Our good buddy dan is a wonderful Slannessh player but scheduling has been a channel. But believe we are working to remedy that for sure!

Hi Guys,
I like the quality of the video, models and so on but you need to pay attention to the rules when you are filming a battle report, at least for the sake of the game you are showing.
I don't want to list all the mistakes you made but :
- Surround and Destroy is quite impossible on this scenario for Khorne. Failed Battle tactic turn 1 then
- Killer instinct prayer is on a 3, not on a 4
- Aggradon have 5 wounds so count for 2 on objectives so doggos are not taken the objective.
- Summonning of Dogs is Wholly within 8" of a Khorne hero, not 12" !
Just about the bloodthirster he should have pile in to put a foot in the middle zone ;)

How did khorne get all the unbinding attempts in T1? Priest cannot try to unbind a spell. They can try und dispell an endless spell, but thats a different story

Forgetting your sub faction was huge though… look back all the 2s to wound that you took out although they were hitting. Totally changes the statistics at damage dealt ! 😅

The priests were standing on mystical terrain, which adds 1 to chants, good call on the priests and unbinding :) I'll have to review this rule :)

I believe he had the rend right, but the Skullcrushers were constantly using all out defense, putting them on a 1+ save, so still saving on 3s 😉
