Wilder is the most adorable two-year-old that I've seen in a long time.😊
I love the shot with the caterpillar on the fence.
That shot was awesome wasn't it
I thought the same thing. With that music was perfect.
Am I the only one who enjoyed the noise of the chickens pecking the feed😂
I do to. I love nature's sounds. Much better than music 🎶 Unless WATCHING BOBBLEHEADS. JEFF. He play's the best music. Another great VLOG to watch. He's a GREAT GUY. Loves his CHICKENS and knows them WELL. Hi JEFF
Me too! ASMR nature music, memories from my childhood. 🥰🐐🐄🐔🐓🐥⏳
Yup, LOVE IT just like I do all Art's extreme close-ups, so Artful :))
Working with two-year-olds is magic. Watching you with Wilder makes my heart jump for joy!
My daughter is 11 1/2. When she was 2 1/2 our old red tom cat was 19 and not feeling well, so I decided we take him to the vet, about 1km down the road. We put him in his transport box and my daughter decided to put it in her sturdy dolls buggy and push him there...all the way and back and she was adamant and did it....with a little bit of me helping pull on the way back. No complaints. It was awesome! She was so proud of herself.
A little later she helped with grooming him. He was getting frail, but was still in good spirits. So she brushed him everyday and cleaned his paws and told the cat: I know this feels weird, but it's necessary, you know.
That was so sweet.
I miss those days.
Thanks for this lovely story. Your daughter sounds amazing to have had such a degree of free agency & wanting to nurture to that extent, & at that age. Must be due to good parenting. ; ]
@@cherylanderson3340 makes me blush, thank you
Wilder is such a sweet soul. But all the your children are loving, kind and adventurous. Luv watching y'all do life.
I agree. He is precious.
He is sooo adorable and smart, but so are all of them. God love his little heart.
Yes all their children are just amazing! 🙏🏻🥰🙏🏻
I hope Bri is alright, starting to worry about her being she is sick. Please give her our love and let her know we miss and are thinking about her. Get well soon sweet lady!
Ophiuchus Oversoul I’m thinking of Bri also. Sending much love 💕
Is she pregnant???
Di Garcia Brighton got sick also, so probably not.
Good thing she married a Nurse
He is the cutest 2 year old. And smart!
Our 2yo helped me with chores yesterday and he had a grand ol' time chattering on about everything. I love that you engage your very young kids on your farm as well!
this baby... oh my. SO incredibly precious. looks like momma's twin! thank you for this extra footage of him... we LOVE it. way to go to work WITH your kids. always include them... God continues to bless your family!
My daughter only started talking alot when we started working together in the farm. What a great gift to our children.
Art, I love how sensitive a dad you are to your children, anticipating their every need and reaction to situations. You’re a wonderful father. I respect this about you.
Having a 2 year old coworker brings bountiful joy (and patience 😆) 🥰
Wilder is so cute! Makes me remember my little boy at that age (47 yrs old now). All of your children are just amazing. Great parents, great children
Oh my gosh! Ferdinand is so loud lol Wilder is brilliant for a 2 year old, his speech & understanding is fab & he's just so gentle. What a family! You're all great :D
The father son dynamic with you and Wilder is so inspiring, Art!
your 2 year work partner is Precious..He's vibrant
Your baby boy is adorable!! These videos will be irreplaceable as he grows older! It is awesome to watch you and him relate to one another!
I have to say, wilder has been one of the sweetest things to watch on your channel. I was blessed to be able to keep my two year old grandson for the first two years of his life and had been my daily companion. He is literally my best friend and we have the best time together. But, I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to give up watching him to get my recovery out of the way. He, too, has blonde hair and blue eyes. And is one of the most precious flowers in my garden. Thanks so much for sharing your family with us, for me it is a balm to my soul. God bless you all.
Dearest Deb. I am praying for you. Can I send you cards❓🌹💖 LOVE HUGS PRAYERS in JESUS'S NAME Deb. LOVE in CHRIST SHALOM CHOW
Praying for you dear. 🙏🏻
From one cancer survivor to another (you). The journey you are on may be long and arduous, but you are NEVER alone in this journey. Life is tough, but so are you. You've got his!
@@826313sherry I'm trying to figure out how to reply to everyone, you girls are awesome! You've made me cry happy tears and I so much appreciate the prayers for healing! Chemo this time around hasn't been as severe as the first time. Who knew breast cancer could spread to the bones...lol? My mind creates all sorts of silly images at that thought! God bless each and every one of you.
@@deborahandrews9728 I lost both my parents to different kinds of cancer (each of which had spread) , and I am a breast cancer survivor, so I can fully understand what you are going through. A positive attitude and prayer are 2 of the best things you can do for yourself. Hugs and healing prayers
Your 2 year old is so much fun. Even for us. Children are a wonderful gift from the Lord.
Your children are purely magic! We should never loose our innocence and play! Even as adults! I totally love the way you have compassionate care for your animals! ❤️
I love working with young children because they look at everything through what I call "new eyes" as they don't have any preconceived ideas...yet!!! 😂 🤣 😅
This is one of my favorite CZcams families I love watching your videos your kids are sweet your wife is so darling and you were gentle just make the perfect family
Anna has a beautiful laugh! Makes my day!
Wilder is soo adorable and a big helper!!💐👍💖
Love how you teach your children and the animals.
Such strong little men
You have such an adorable family. I hope Bri is feeling a lot better ,I miss seeing her.
All of those kids are adorable but that little Wilder, oh how he makes my heart happy.
I enjoyed this very much. Alice's beautiful eyes, the wooly worm, chickens pecking. All special little snippets that made me smile. And of course that precious little baby boy. He is so smart & beyond cute.
I read Temple's book when my son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum but her views on how to deal with animals was effective with children's dealing with autism and herself it was a good book.
The goat is like “hey, I’m gentle. I’ll take some of that feed” 😆
Than you for letting us in your lives, it's better that anything on t.v. something I can watch with the family. God Bless
This video was so fun to watch.
Oh Wilder dear, you're a ray of sunshine buddy!
And I really enjoy the narrating and editing. You’ve done great 👍
There’s nothing like taking time to enjoy our children and grand children. Their life perspective is such a precious teacher and the conversations, priceless. What a blessing for you and your babies.
Your kids are so gentle and listen well. I like the interactions between you all and the calf. Hope to see more of her gentling. Glad to see most of kids are feeling better and hope Bri is too. 💖
You should do a vlog on Dr. Temple Grandon... She is amazing. I saw her speak once at the University of Colorado @ Boulder. If viewers do not know who she is they should look her up. Her depth of knowledge about cows and learning in children is vast and insightful.
Apart from the Rhodes and Hollars, how many more babies is Wilder responsible for? 😁😁
I know, he is just the sweetest, cutest, well behaved, and so intelligent baby! I think he come out of the womb carrying on a conversation! The reality of it is all babies are not the same! I do believe Art and Bri prayed through on Wilder!🙏🏻🥰🙏🏻
He is so adorable.
Wilder loves life. He loves living on a farm! He is super intelligent!
Fantastic question. I hope their are lots of new babies he has inspired. Cheers.
Oh BTW, next week Art can go back to working on the house, because Wilder is taking over all the other chores on the farm! 😁
God Bless All of You.
Loved the video. I just love to hear Wilder talk. Makes me so happy and does my heart good. I hope Bri is doing better. Missed her in the video. God bless you all. See you tomorrow 😊♥️
Hi art and bri. Love how little ones listen to your instructions 💟❤
Speaking of singing @9:04, I really enjoyed your musical interlude a few weeks ago, and I believe the rest of your audience would enjoy some of your music to be included in your vlogs.
Yes I agree.
He’s so precious 🥰 God give you strength and patience to achieve your goals.
I’m sure it’s more work but this format was very entertaining. Cutting back and forth from the content to your narration was smooth and flowed well. Y’all keep fighting the good fight.
Great video Art. Wilder just captures your heart ❤️. Keep up the good work. You look so much better since you have stopped working Love from UK 🇬🇧
I love Wilder so much! That little boy is so cute with the face of an angel! He just took charge stomping across the pasture with the wire or rope, getting the job done! Such a little man!
This style was very enjoyable to us. Feel good about it, Art.
Awww look at that little "man" walking that fencing back there! Such a freaking cutie!
Awe.I love watching you work with the little guy! I also love watching the pigs ears perk up when they see you a coming to feed them.

I love seeing you all every day!
Thank you for sharing your life with us!
🙏🏻💞
I adore all of yalls kids but wilder has a special place in my heart🤗💙
Love you all!
The Art and Wilder part of the videos are pretty great, all right. Good Cow Wisdom from Art (and Temple Grandin). I've always appreciated the Art and Bri editing, for years now!
So glad your taking precautions early for Alices sake. Last time was real scary. Wilder is growing up so quick and his interpretation of Life is too Cute. The Calf is going to take time but hopefully be with the kids and adults she be will tame fast. The Bull remembered last time he was in that no stall lol but he went in. Just goes to show how good a Bull he is. Love watching the progress on the Homestead. God Bless and Peace Be With You All
I agree. I’m glad to hear some positive comments about Ferdinand... After Alice’s injury, it seemed everybody was yelling KILL HIM!!! SELL HIM!! GET RID OF HIM!! Ferdinand is actually a very good bull... But, he is a bull, and it is prudent to be careful around him...
@@ldg2655 Exactly! If every Bull killed because of accidents there won't be any. You must respect them and handle them in order to have nice Bulls. He's a good boy just doesn't be realize his size sometimes lol
I liked this format. It was as if we were right there with you while you were editing. Fun!
All your children are wonderful but Wilder....well ..he just steals my heart 💖😊
Please don’t take chances with your cow. You know what the bull is capable of. You got lucky the first time. Don’t put them together in the hilly pastures
Love the variety of videos you all do.💐❤️
Prayers for Bri to get better soon. Wilder is an old soul. He's just adorable! So happy for you Art that you got to leave your job. I'm sitting here watching while working the Covid-19 assignment. Stay safe!👍
Bless your family!
Art, this format was very enjoyable, seemed to flow really well. It seemed to suit you better to cut in explanations as you were editing. My favourite format by far as well as the unedited, on the fly vlogs. Bravo, you are finding your style by experimenting and it is working. Looking forward to the news of exciting developments :-)))))
Wilder is so cute and adorable loved how he got so happy to help you, it is so much fun to watch your videos.
That baby will make someone a nice family cow!
4.30 Owww that smile 😍😍😍😗😗
The 2 year old is sooooo special and cute lol and old :-)
My youngest grand is 2 so I know what you mean. Its almost magical seeing the world through their eyes. So precious.
Love the creative touch of being director , producer, husband and father this approach to homesteading and the reality check that surprises do happen . The different captions this life brings to the gentler way of living are indeed priceless.
Our kids used to show cows. We played a radio in the barn at night so they would get used to various noises.
I love working with children I've been a school bus driver for 20 years and still enjoy it. It's so different seeing things through their eyes. My wife has dementia and sometimes you can't tell anything is wrong but sometimes she is just like a little girl. It's these times when I usually learn the most and get a fresh perspective on life through her childlike eyes. Never forget children are God's greatest blessing after salvation to us. Thanks for sharing your experience with us we love watching ya'll and tell Bri we're praying for her to get better. Keep up the good work and God bless you all
His a good little worker that boy 😊🥰 I can’t wait till the house is done to see the end results, hopefully Bri will get the home she always wanted, love love love watching you all
Art and Bri, I love you and your family and the life you live. I grew up on a small dairy farm-a dozen cows- as kids I was the youngest and got to help bail Hay by sitting on the driver's lap and steering the truck. We were probably always in the way but, we were never yelled at! All the neighborhood kids helped out for fun!!! We went without shoes all summer only wore them on Sunday to Church, came home, changed and out the door again. Nothing like running thru wet cow patties and throwing the firm patties at each other! Loved playing in the stacks of hay and playing with all the mean barn cats and kittens. You are doing a wonderful job raising your beautiful family and I love them all! You are teaching them principles and values that are so lacking in society today. Keep it up, don't listen to trolls regarding the Reno of your home. Yes, it is important to get it done and nobody knows that more than you. It will happen in time. Please don't put pressure on yourself and your family rushing to get it done. Slow and easy wins the race. Bri, I hope you are feeling well. Laura from Florida
Cows (and horses) living in the moment is what makes them so therapeutic to work with because you HAVE to focus and be present.
I do love watching Wilder! He is a hoot!!!♡♡
Good morning. Thank you loved the video.
Love this video! Well done! Much prefer this way. Your kids are great. Missed Bri today.
Justin always says you are not raising food you are raising kids. You are doing a great job! Keep it up. I hope Bri gets well very soon. :)
I really enjoy your editing! It never gets boring to watch. And some days I just think, «a new video! It will be fun to see what creative editing he has done today.» Greetings from Norway :)
You are a good man as your bull
I bet working with a 2-yr old with this type of farm work IS fun!
It is true, having extra hands, especially with older kiddos, is a HUGE help! Our kids are older and chores get done a lot more quickly, but we came into the homesteading/farming game within the past couple years, so unfortunately, they didn’t get the blessing of learning these things at a younger age! You all are doing such an awesome job with your kiddos😊😊
For a two year old he speaks very well. Love seeing your lil helpers.
Getting them all involved in all aspects of farming, gardening, food preparation, etc. Best of life living on a farm.
Temple is my hero... so glad to hear that you use her knowledge..
Agree with the vlog title, Art. Your vlogs are typically very "organic" and flow well from one vignette to another with voice -over narration. I didn't realize how much I loved that format. I kept thinking, "let me out of the camper!I want to go run in the grass with the kids". Lol. Interesting emotions you evoked by accident. Update! I am on the "sauerkraut journey" and it has been a few weeks on top of the fridge. Initially, too salty and vinegar-y...yuck. I put it back up top in hopes of magic, and you totally came through! Tried it today and Bazinga! So deliciously complex on the paplate! No mold, HAPPY DAY. Thank you!
Another great day on the homestead Peeps!
Love this. I loved Wilder's "no" stage. Made me laugh so hard. Kids are just growing too fast. I think you and Bri are the best parents! Have a wonderful First Day of Autumn.
Living the dream.
My 18 month old granddaughter who is autistic loved this video. All the close ups of the animals. I had to pay it 6 times before she had,. had enough. Thank you for such quality one on one time for me and her this rainy morning in Houston Texas. How is Bri and when will she be back in videos?
Glad you have rain. GOD BLESS your BEAUTIFUL granddaughter and you
Prayers my DEAR LADY from Michigan
This format was great. Love both and that you are experimenting with new ideas on how you vlog. Excuse any missed typos, watching the vid with morning coffee and a barn cat wanting attention at same time. Lol.
I like this format. I would like to vlog/YT and this video was inspirational.
He is the cutest ever! Hope Bri feels better
Looks like you're doing a great job while Bri is down. Hope she feels better soon.
I really enjoyed this change of pace video and yesterday's impromptu video also... it is very nice to see you evolving in this field of imagination.
Watching Wilder and you interact makes me realize how much I missed when my youngest was a toddler, you and Bri give my old heart hope!
Thank you!!!💕💖😍😘
This was fun watching how the kids helped corral the cows in their new pasture setting...and Wilder taking that wire and off he went toward the barn where you were going to attach it. He is getting to be quite the worker. Hope you get the calf settled soon. Hope Bri is feeling better. Y'all have a Blessed day.
Missed seeing Bri, I do hope she’s feeling well soon. Good show Art!
I love that you show and teach your kids all of this, they will cherish these memories their whole lives!
The art and wilder segments are my favorite. ❤️
Turkey In the Straw. How cute!!
Love and Hugs from Sapulpa Oklahoma
A trick we have used in halter breaking our beef show cattle, was to put the halter on and tie a knot so the halter couldn't loosen off, then let the calf go. Let them drag the rope so when they step on it they will learn to give to the rope. Once they learn to give to the rope you can tie them and brush them. It has made it much easier to teach them to lead once they respect the pull of the rope. Happy gentling , they don't get upset when you catch them, you just pick up the rope. Good Luck
I'm new to this channel and I absolutely love it.. your kids are amazing..❤👍😊
Always an awesome video, don’t know what it is, but the water on your land looks clearer , the grass greener, the animals healthier, the children happier, you’re an amazing family and I dearly love your videos!! ❤️🏡
