  • WARNING!!! UPDATE: I realized after the video I installed the keeper clip on the OUTSIDE of the brake caliper. MAKE SURE THE KEEPER CLIP IS ON THE INSIDE so the pins dont come out! DOH!

    Today I got around to changing the GSXR 1000 project bike front and rear pads. The fronts are easy but the rears are a bit tricky. If you need a set of pads please use the link below we'd really appreciate it!

    21:50 the keeper clip is in the wrong spot, i followed step by step only to have my rear pads weld themselves and catch on fire to the rotor because the clip and pins backed itself out on the outside of the caliper where you had informed us to put it.

      @dylanwilliams9779 did you not read the description???? Warning !!!! It's at the top of the video description. I'm sorry to hear that brother. I'm not a mechanic and I did make a mistake. Sorry you suffered.

    Is it possible to do this without lifting the bike off the ground?

      @GilbertGardens  Před 4 lety +1
