The way they designed this knuckle to hit the swingarm when the wheels in the air to prevent the shock from damaging itself by fully extending and locking out i wonder if that makes a knocking noise, id like to try and get rid of all funny noises if i can. And i notice it already makes nkise back their prob from the stock linkage
I love hitting the 4x4 trails. They put a lot of work into building them and they don’t care if you use them. I get about 40-50 mile range with 60v 50ah surron on these kind of rides
I usually get like 38-48 miles out of my stock mx4

I'm down in Coos bay if you want to hit some sand... I also hammered my bash plate into a smashed up can looking thing. Got a stainless formerly Russian tank armor bash plate coming. Hope it last a little longer than the stock one.

The bearings should be sealed PERIOD. You shouldn't have to do upgrades except for performance. If you were going to commute in rainy Oregon you should not have to worry about leaky bearings
Your not doing 60miles with eco dude maybe 40 or 45 tops

Incredible this playground, the bearings in general are of poor quality on the bike, I replaced almost everything with SKF bearings

They do another piece for the lower linkage. You should of tried that with the piece you have.

Wait, what shock mount?? So you’re telling me there is some other random piece of equipment that I need to upgrade and lubricate for this bike? Why doesn’t it say anywhere in the manual that you need to lubricate those bearings? OK what’s next? How many other random pieces of this bike am I going to have to pull apart an upgrade and lubricate?? I love this bike but I thought it was supposed to be low maintenance. This is frustrating.
Truth be told, if you aren't doing what O.M. is doing, you don't really have to touch anything, but if you're going to regularly ride it hard off road, you're going to have to optimize the bike by going through and servicing everything at least once every few months. You're also going to have to inspect the bike before and after every ride. That is just off-roading, man. If you think that is too high a price to pay for offroad fun, then it is just not for you; especially comparing that level of maintenance to a gas bike, which you will literally have to (or pay to) rebuilt roughly every 30 hours of riding.
It's kind of just common knowledge with bolts and bearings??? That's like a motorcycle do you think you can just ride it around and not have to do any maintenance at all?! yeah OK 🤣🤣🤣
