Brings back memories when i swapped hydro pump on my t40 tractor. Mine had a ns32 if i recall. Stupid cheap like 37 eur, but lasts to this day.
Those where the days, stupid cheap pumps. Now it's 3x as much money. Also the availability is more scares. T-40 has both the hydraulics and power steering from the same pump. Not the most ideal solution.

For catching oil like that where the pan is on the ground and everything is in the way, get a funnel with a long hose on it. The thicker the oil the larger the diameter hose you need, I would advise a funnel and hose about 32 to 38 millimeters in diameter to facilitate full flow. .
According to the owners manual of this tractor your supposed to remove the footwell and part of the floor in order to drain the hydraulic tank. I did that and had zero oil spilling. Funnels I tried in the past and had very mixed results.
