Dairy free cashew ranch-
1/4 cup hemp seeds
3/4 cup cashews, both soaked in boiling water for 10 mins then drained
1 cup soy milk
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp liquid aminos or coconut aminos
2 dates
1 to 2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill)
1 tsp garlic salt (or use dried chives and onion flakes)
Blend all ingredients from hemp seeds to dates for 1 min til smooth and creamy. Mix in the dill and onion salt in at the end so they dont get blended up.
Peanut ginger dressing-
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup water or a little more to get the consistency you want
2 pitted medjool dates
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 inch piece of ginger peeled
1/2 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
optional pinch of red pepper flakes to make it spicy

I am so glad I found your channel because salads are speaking my language! Love to have a variety of different ones to choose from since I eat salads every day as my main meals. I procrastinated growing a garden in my backyard. I have one at a community garden but nothing like going in your own yard to harvest your veggies. 😊

It helps to rinse the kale again, after cutting. It takes out the bitterness. I will have to try the lentil salad.

Hello Chanty!! I just found your channel and have been binge watching all your videos. I love watching you. You’re easy to listen to and are so upbeat. 😊. I have suggestion for a video. It would be nice to see how you use all the food you prep in a meal plan for the week. It would give people who are new to plant based eating a map of how to get all the nutrients in each day. Anyway, keep up the good work!!

Thanks! It’s a nutribullet prime I bought it because it had a higher watt motor and it came with a stainless steel cup! I like it a lot for blending small things like dressings!

Thank you! I have a net I put over it to keep squirrels out but as for pests I still have a bug/ aphid problem sometimes!
I don't use the oven when it's hot....
Assure those chirping birds that was in fact tofu and not chicken on that salad!!! Lol

Avocado: TBH…it looked good. Do avocados go bad if they don’t turn brown?
It had a big moldy spot at the top and it smelled rotten 😖 you couldn’t really tell on camera!

Just watched a video whereas the chef said to put a whole fresh lemon in with your stored avocados and they keep a lot longer…..
I won’t eat a salad without avocado.
It does make it so much better!
