I was gonna say, I have never seen any event like this go above 130. 138 is still very fast. But I was like, is the instructor really allowing 170mph?! holy shi*

Note that speeds shown are inaccurate. When I questioned Xtreme Xperience about this they responded:
"Thank you for your patience and cooperation with this! I apologize for the confusion but do keep in mind that the speedometer display shown on the videos is but a graphic that (ideally) displays real time data provided by the GPS. However, factors such as satellite availability and position can affect the information being generated and that which is displayed- in your case, the speedometer displayed a speed in excess of 160+ mph. I reviewed your GPS data, and confirmed that you reached a maximum speed of 138.2 mph during your first pass on the straightaway, with a roughly the same speed on your second pass. This is on par with what our lead cars and supercars are reaching on the fastest portion of the track where you were, just before you reach the two orange "lift" cones. "
My take?: 22mph difference between on-screen speedometer and actual speed is not a reasonable margin of error.
This is intentionally fabricated by XX to drive sales and make clients feel they drove faster than they actually did.

This is the only vid I've seen with a messed up speedometer, I dont think it's intentional

@@Midwesttrains21 Yeah, I drove the Ferrari on the same track pushing 150 and if anything the telemetry was a couple mph slower than what the car speedo said.

Hey, I work with these data devices, sometimes they show random wack readings yeah but there's no way to edit them after the fact

Cost too much for too little time. The cars should be down graded to maybe M series bmws which have similar power so people can get more track time. I'd rather take my bike out there and hammer that

Yep. I was getting a price check for just me and for me with a Lamborghini alone 3 laps I would have paid $1300.

Is $442 a lot of money? Hahaha. I should have driven slower for more $/min. Cost was $163 + insur. with rush49.com coupon. Alternatively, You can always bring your own Lambo to m1 track for around $289 for 8 hours.

@@johnfree4618 all you need is a friendly banker to come up with the 200G(approx) and an insurance policy to cover you on track. and the mechanics to maintain it for you. Been doing HPDE for 25 years, and can count the # of exotics I've seen at track days on both hands. OK, maybe plus one foot.

definitely need more time and the instructor that doesn't shut up makes it worse

  • @northwestmechanic8991

Isn't worth it. I also spoke to them and the "instructor" is always talking in your ear. It's a major distraction to the driver. Plus a single person can pay upwards of over $1000 for only 3-4 laps. This is mainly for a casual driver not someone who wants to drive like a bat out of hell.
