My son and I just did this today in AZ and both of us drove the GT3's at the same time and our experience was much different. Both our instructors were great and let us unleash the cars. In fact, my instructor pushed me hard to get the most from the car. He said he felt confident in my skill after the first lap and let me go for the next 3 laps. It was a great experience.

If you have a lot of driving experience and you want to hit some MPH milestone, maybe have a conversation with the organizer/instructor before hand about your goals and expectations for the drive. The negative comments here seems to forget that they're not in the car with the instructor and that the person driving the car is not them. The instructor is trained to provide the level of instructions needed to be safe as they assess the driver's ability. Some drivers don't have any experience driving supercars or being on a track so they tend to drive in their lane like they do on the streets. They don't use the whole track and racing lines. And of course they don't realized how much braking they need for the level of power, speed and cornering. It's easy to just step on the gas but to know ahead of time the next turn/corner and braking required, it will take a few laps. If the instructor sees improvements over time, they may instruct less or even encourage more aggressive play.
I have no affiliation with the company.

I didn't like the instructor at first but I was being closed minded...this isn't a speedway like other tracks, look at all these tree's and shit. This guy's riding around all day with amateurs going 140mph in a rear engine rwd car... They are trying to be safe cause that shit is super expensive. An animal or tire could blow out etc. I think he did a really good job actually...and good driving too man.

I did this last weekend on the Monticello Motor Club track. I got stuck behind ALL the cars in front of me and then the Hellcat pace car. My pro kept yelling at me to brake way too early. It was a slow track due to the setup and I don't think I exceeded 100 but I did corner near max, They gave me 3 extra laps in the lambo with a better pro because I was stuck in traffic. Definitely cool and a memory but man was I road raging in the Ferrari stuck in traffic. If you don't race I think this may be great but if you have a lot of race time, threshold braking, drifting, drafting experience it may be too tame plus the risk of hurting their car. I am glad I did it and kudos to the company for watching my video and letting me go out again but next time I am in my own car ripping it up more but a little slower than the Lambo and Ferrari. I would say my Miata would keep up with most of their customers although I redline at 130.

Having grown up in a family that ran NHRA and once did 165mph in a 93 vette for an entire 45 mile drive. And regularly used to hit 160+ in various other cars I've driven on the streets. I'd be disappointed if I only hit barely 150mph.
I've yet to break 200mph... we raced in the 70s with the NHRA greats, but I was still to young to drive.
I looked at this driving experience since I want to break the 200mph mark.
Seeing the tracks and overbearing instructors made me decide this course wouldn't be for me.
The Lamborghini that they currently offer has top of 205... but I can tell they'd never let you get near that.
Hell just recently I crossed what many consider "the scariest bridge in America" (youtube it theres several videos about this bridge) in a Prius, of all things, doing almost 100.
It's an expanded metal grate bridge with some of the narrowest lanes you'll find on a US road (US45).

Also they're very good about hiding who they are. There is no address, no company, no BBB file, nothing, so if there is a problem they simply vanish. If I'm hurt while on the track, what business do I file a claim with?

@@GG-sp1cq You missed my point, i was seriously thinking on purchasing one of these experiences but much like this one every video i have seen the instructors draw back the students at around 145-148 and to someone that has races in armature class SCCA events and pulled over 170, wanting to break at least 175 and eventually that 200 MPH magic number and then seeing these misleading videos (not just this one, but many others, several were the instructor gets pretty upset when the student pushes close to 150), that is what is upsetting to me. They claim "no restricted speed limits" yet every video i have watched so far, the driver is verbally belittled right at that 145-148 point which makes me wonder about the truthfulness of the company that runs these events. I understand that not everyone has racing experiences, or a sports car in the garage and thus should be eventually brought up to speed, but some of the drivers have mentioned that they have done track days and the like and are there strictly to experience a certain car at certain speeds. I know the Lamborghini that they run can come close to or top 200, even on their shorter straights and even the Porsche's like mine can easily hit 165 in the stretch of track they have so that is the secondary point that makes me feel deceived but the main point is that the title straight up says "Xperience 150mph Porsche 911 GT3" and it didn't get there, period. That is a fact. I also have a friend that has a sweet yellow GT3 and having been a passenger in it many times in know what it is capable of, even in ordinary drivers hands and this just leads me to my opinion which is this title and video is a lie
