There are far too many vain 'CZcams' organists who upload their inaccurate, un-rhythmic, over-fast and pulse-free playing - and then there are the likes of Mr Dwyer and others who are superb organists, and who place their skills at the service of the hymn and its music - and the result is a musical and spiritual delight.

My mom selected this hymn for her funeral, along with In Thee Is Gladness. 27 years ago October 16, we sang both hymns with great joy.

I love the organ I started learning how to ply the organ in 1980. I enjoy playing the hymns at church. The organ is a beautiful instrument

The pipe organ so brings me back to my childhood in my church. How I wish I could go back to those times. I don't like the new rock and roll gospel music.

I agree. Also I hate that churches use thousands of dollars and don't use it. Churches should get a digital organ if they are not going to use it often. Or churches should just use their pipe organs for Hymns and Voluntaries rather than rewriting the hymns with a guitar.

A wonderful illustration of the classic Aeolian-Skinner sound, built on both flue and reed choruses with brilliant mixtures and noble solo reeds. So few original G. Donald Harrison organs remain -- we can all bless Church of the Advent for the care it has taken to maintain and preserve this historic instrument!

You are the best organist i've ever seen. You play the chords completely and the listener wouldn't feel one more note or chord is needed. Sometimes when i listen to others, i feel that song could be performed better by completing the notes and chords, but i didn't feel that in your play at all and it was awsome. Wish i could play like you someday.
