When you load the sled ALWAYS place the weight at the far end!!
MUCH easier to pull........

I’m a avid strongman fan love all the weight classes men and women but I gotta say under 80 KG is the most impressive I would fall into this weight category I can do a fair few pushups and pull-ups but nowhere near the strength of those guys n girls.
