That dead bird is a Gannet . They dive from a height and catch fish . They are amazing birds . Worth watching a video of them feeding, they are awesome .

i used to going on the canal as young one, catching Gudgeon after Gudgeon but as a kid you dont care what or even size a fish is a fish,,, yeah good vid and Lexy's photos of previous captures, go girl impressive stuff

@@petedevon very beautiful birds gannets .member one memorable day out on mackeral basher boat Belfast lough we were surrounded by hundreds of gannets diving me an my mate were throwing mackeral up into air and they wer hitting them within 15 feet of the boat .very memorable

The seabird you found is a Gannet mate and shouldn't be touched as it will more than likely have perished from avian flu. Thousands of gannets have died from the bird pandemic. Best of luck with your channel and hope your bad run of luck changes.

@@mickowen3318 it is actually two places, the smaller Pensarn is by the beach where the railway station is. Bigger Abergele just shares the station with Pensarn. Yeah Gwrych Castle is on the back Llandulas road as you go out of Abergele although I'm a Celeb was only there during the lockdowns. Fun times not!
You stole her fish !!!! This summer I went marlin fishing and there was a husband and wife on the boat, about an hour out the wife's rod went screaming off , before anyone could move the husband jumped in the chair and grabbed her rod , the boat was in pandemonium but she just went and stood in the corner and said nothing for the hour he was fighting this 200 kilo marlin , for the rest of the trip she never so mutch as looked at him , definitely grounds for divorce

Its a Gannet, and unfortunately alot are dying of avian bird flu so be careful.
Looks like a gannet to me, not too sure though with those darker feathers, maybe they've been stained somehow.

The bird is a Ganet, probably been caught in a trawler net as they dive in when the nets are being retrieved

I've seen at least a dozen this year north Cornwall, south Cornwall and Devon. Mostly just about alive but a couple dead. Sad to see really

PENSARN is that not ABERGELY
Train station is Pensarn/Abergele but it's Pensarn Beach, Abergele town centre is roughly a mile or so inland.
