The Kenevo came from a want to ride steeper, rougher, and gnarlier trails without loading up your buddy’s truck and spending more time driving up than riding. Based on our Enduro chassis, the Kenevo is meant for anyone that wants to consider shuttling a thing of the past. Equipped with a RockShox Lyrik fork, Öhlins coil suspension, SRAM Code brakes and dedicated 27.5 x 2.8" tires, this bike takes everything you can throw at it and asks for more.

I'm pretty sure fox make there forks specific for ebikes but rockshox just say add more pressure for the extra weight of the ebike. In other words take 10 psi out the rockshox and they will be sound. If you put the 40s on the ebike I reckon they will be fine with abit more pressure in them mate 👍

I think you should be on the Embn show. You're doing us emountain bikers a great help Harry... emountain bikes are here to stay and no doubt as little as some people want to hear....everyone will be making the move over as emountain bikes become cheaper, lighter but with more watts of battery life.
Get a bashguard for the bottom of your chainring trust me it helps a lot 🤟
A really relevant aspect to electric assist as it shuttles you to the top and the low ctg gives it stability on the descent. With the right Trail network it would spell a fun day out.
You need to add 10 psi into the fox 40s if it's the same psi capacity as the rockshox lyrics !

RockShox put the add 10psi sticker on there because the ebikes weigh roughly 10kg heavier than a normal bike. So people’s normal pressures based on their body weight would be a bit too soft.
In reality, you should just do the same sag test as you do with all forks. Full gear, sit on the bike with the recommended pressure. Check the sag and see if you have to add or remove pressure. Also, depends on how you like it. They use to say 30mm of sag was the best but if you have noticed that number has altered all over and the what you want to ride. With stock tokens/volume reducers, I have my Pikes at 27mm of sag but my Fox 36's are at 30. And honestly I don't notice anything different on either bike. True, I am running 1 extra token/volume reducer on my 36's. But, stock I was running 27, now I think it is at 25. I know it's a tiny bit but I like them that way. I add 5psi if I plan to do a lot of jumping just for less squishy landing feel. But, that is just my thing every person to read this might think my sag setting is off if they try it.
You should have a look at the electric derailleur no cables needed so way cleaner plus they're dope sounding👍🏻

P.S - about video ideas, I for one enjoyed the car content a lot and I would love to see it comeback, but at the same time I'd rather watch content that I know you enjoy making it than doing something you're kinda forced to do. And I really started digging mtb since I've been watching you! So it's really up to you, do what makes YOU happy!!

Hi Harry, I work for a suspension tuning company. The ebike forks are the same internals but have a thicker body to cope with the added weight of the ebike. You should set your sag to 20% for best results on the nomad. Hope this helps 🤙🏼
For RockShox?? Fox ebike forks have thicker steerer tube walls. I can’t see why though, ebikes are roughly 10kg heavier than a normal bike but if two different riders who weigh say 30kg different have the same normal bike the heavier rider doesn’t get a stronger set of forks with his bike.
i use the muc off fluid with the red muc off valves had no issues (so far). im running maxxis 27.5 x 2.8 they are very grippy and look sick. the 40's look sick on the ebike....

If you put the lyric on the nomad, the internals are the same but don’t add that extra 10psi, the extra 10psi is to balance out the extra weight of the e-bike.

On the nomad, put all your riding gear on. Camel back, everything and set the sag on your forks.set it to 30% there will be a % gauge on one side.
Harry well done on the wheel build looks straight as an arrow, the 40's will make the bike handle so well, nice and rigid up front. Bike is gonna be awesome. Also cant think of anything else to improve the bike its gonna be perfect. Top work Harry.

When you going back to Matts compound. You need to play on that airbag
Because the axle to crown length on a dual crown fork is about 20mm shorter than that of a single crown, if you want the bike to have the right geometry you may have to get the 40's back up to 200mm

youll need to put in 10 psi extra into the Fox 40s you have just put on your E-bike. and the Rockshox have the same internals as the regular Rockshox's forks. so just ignore the sticker :)
also be careful with that plus sized tire on there just because it doesn't hit the crown doesn't mean the tire fits. you need to check when you use all the suspension travel weather the tire hits it middle crown / bottom of your headset cause you don't want to use all that travel on a jump and have you from wheel stop dead. :)
I just took my new lurcher for a ride. Grade five grade six he is right behind me, average 29kmph on strava. He must launch himself off the jumps as well.
Harry with the rock shox just do the pressure to suit the sag you want for your style of riding. If you need it to ramp up harder at end of stroke, try more volume spacers. All I can suggest mate.
Go to glencoe or fort William in Scotland the have uplift downhill MTB trails. There is a world campionship run or a red called red giant. Gr8 vid can’t wait for next one

Change the steel chainring for a aluminium hope 34t. First thing I did on mine. Your chain will last a lot longer.
