  • One of her infamous telly moments. In 1995 O’Connor appeared on the last ten minutes of the late night debate show After Dark. She had called the show because she was interested in the discussion taking place about child abuse in Ireland. The producers sent a taxi to her house and she appeared alongside former Taoiseach Garret Fitzgerald, a Dominican monk and a representative of the Catholic Church.
